Вилла, куда я точно вернусь! Бассейн, животные, вкусные завтраки, а персонал😍😍😍 Все добрые, радушные, дружелюбные! Очень удобное расположение: рядом рынок, пляж, кафешки с вкусным кофе и едой, аптека, а самое главное - СПА!!!! Дом прекрасный, большой, много мест где посидеть) утром делаю горячий чай ☕️ Отличный wi-fi для работы, а так же вам могут помочь с выбором экскурсии, есть разные варианты и не нужно самим куда-то ездить, заберут прямо из отеля! Мне очень понравилось😍😍😍 10 дней райского наслаждения 😁💕

Sky2の部屋に11歳の娘と5泊しました。 大きいプールとフレンドリーな犬と猫に娘は大喜びで、4泊の予定を1泊延長しました。 広いバルコニー、広い庭、ココナッツフォレストなど自然豊かな環境、水牛やアヒル、地元の人々の暮らし・・・他の方も書かれていましたが、天国のような場所でした(^^) スタッフは親切でタオル交換や掃除が必要かなど、声をかけてくれました。共有キッチンと冷蔵庫があるのもとても便利でした。 とても暑い時期（8月半ば）の滞在でしたが、風通しがとても良かったおかげで、日中はエアコンなしで過ごせました。風がとても気持ち良かったです。 娘共々大満足の滞在で、帰国するのがとても名残惜しかったです。また再訪します！

This was an excellent property I really like the Ambiance the hospitality and especially the Furry Friends. the entire property felt like a second home and I would always like to visit it again and again whenever I am in central Vietnam. The property is exactly on the riverbank and the coconut boat ride is on a walkable distance and this coconut boat ride is at a very Serene location instead of the very crowded coconut boat place situated near the main city.

The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, Miu was amazing, she always knew what the customers needed. The breakfast was delicious. I will come back next year.

每天都有豐盛好吃的早餐，地點離古城有段距離正好可以遠離人群和喧囂，直接在這裡住了一週，好滿足心靈十分放鬆，附近也有瑜伽中心走路可達！

Я очень рада что нашла это место. Уютно, красиво и спокойно. Я искала тихое место без детей и шума. Комнаты комфортные, бассейн чисты, много мест для отдыха и удаленной работы на компьютере. Расположение просто супер. Есть магазины 6 минут пешком , рынок 15 минут пешком для покупки свежих морепродуктов. Да до горла надо доехать но есть в аренду и байки и велосипеды. Место огонь.

Villa cách phố cổ 3km, Gần rừng dừa, không gian rất rộng và yên tĩnh Có hồ bơi, nhiều khoảng xanh để nghỉ ngơi, Có sân chơi cho các bé chạy nhảy và các bạn thú cưng rất đáng yêu. Villa có tủ sách khách có thể mượn đọc Vì nhiều cây xanh nên có muỗi mng nên mang theo thuốc xịt muỗi Các gia đình có con nhỏ nên đặt nhé

Phòng có ban công, view đẹp nhưng dịch vụ ko đc ổn. Wifi yếu, điều khiển tv bị hư. Đặc biệt, phòng kình bị hư toilet. Mình có xuống nói trực tiếp với chủ và họ phản hồi là sẽ sửa. Nhưng, mình đợi hoài thì vẫn chưa thấy ng đến và cũng thử điện cho bên home mà vẫn ko ai bắt máy. Mình cảm thấy dịch vụ cần cải thiện nhiều.

We had a wonderful stay. The owners are there to help from start to end. We initially booked into their other location, but Tet meant they were sold out, the owner quickly resolved the issue by upgrading us to another villa = a larger room with a pool, huge garden and our own balcony. Throughout our stay we felt at home and there was even a family dinner with other guests on the last day (who were all respectful and kind people). We had to fly home last minute very late at night, we were given some snacks and help with booking our taxi. The bikes could do with some tlc but other than that good all around!

Có một chút sự cố nhỏ về đường nước lúc nhận phòng nhưng đã được xử lý nhanh chóng. Sân trước nhà rộng, phù hợp trẻ nhỏ. Không gian yên tĩnh nhờ vị trí nằm xa khu du lịch. Gia đình có trẻ nhỏ nên đem theo xịt chống muỗi.

We stayed at Laoxao Riverstone Villa for 3 days and had such a wonderful time. The space is peaceful, surrounded by nature and the river, with fresh air and a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everyone here was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway close to nature, this is the perfect place. We would definitely come back!

Просто райское место 🥰 Отлично отдохнула, вокруг природа, тишина, речка. Также, хочу отметить прекрасный персонал и чистоту, а также приятную ухоженную территорию. Еще брала велосипед в аренду за 30 донгов. Насладилась поездкой по округе и к морю. Счастлива была остановиться именно здесь. Жалею только, что всего на 1 сутки. Очень рекомендую

Very good place 👍🏼 incredible beautiful and atmospheric ✨ When I stay here, first days I didn’t want to go out, because it was so nice to sit in the armchair and watch the river or admire fishes 🐠 Owner and staff are very friendly, everything is clean. One of the best Hoi An’s beaches in 10 minutes by bicycle. Old town is nearby too. Neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend! P. S. Wherever I live in the future, I’ll miss Lao Xao 💕

Chúng tôi đã đi đến đây và nghỉ tại đây 3 ngày 2 đêm. Đây là 1 nơi yên bình với khung cảnh bên cạnh dòng sông. Nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện, vui vẻ giúp đỡ chúng tôi, họ còn chỉ cho chúng tôi đi những địa điểm ở hội an, những quán ăn ngon tại địa phương. Ngoài ra chúng tôi còn rất yêu quý các bạn chó mèo ở đây.

Sin duda, es el mejor lugar en el que uno puede hospedarse en Hoi An. Habitaciones grandes, luminosas y tranquilas. Un Jardín verde, grande y encantador, al lado de una buena piscina. Está cerca del centro, pero lo suficiente alejado para que no haya nada de ruido. Además, está cerca de muchas cafeterías bonitas, restaurantes, los arrozales y la playa. Todo el staff es encantador y te ayudará en cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Y los adorables perritos también son como uno más de la familia. Aquí puedo sentirme como en casa ♥️

An excellent facility, new and modern with a Vietnamese authentic soul. Great location and views. Supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery are within walking distance. Cua Dai beach is also nearby, maybe less than 10 minutes. Bike ride. Right by the river. Shared kitchen with all utilities. Spacious garden, and swimming pool. Very helpful, friendly, and sweet staff, I instantly felt a connection and a homecoming feeling. Pet-friendly, eco-friendly. I love that everything is in-house, like renting bikes, bicycles, laundry, ... Also, you can borrow an umbrella or a plastic raincoat which is a very sweet gesture

My favourite place from my trip to Vietnam. Extended my stay 3 times. I love the location. It’s quiet but with a scooter or grab you can easily reach the beach and also the old town. The staff is incredibly friendly and there are may pets so it really feels like home there.

Le meilleur endroit pour se reposer après des heures de bus, une piscine magnifique, des chiens trop mignons, un service impeccable et la proximité à la vieille ville et à la plage sont super.

Đường vào khá nhỏ, chỉ đủ 1 xe 4 bánh

Vị trí sâu nhất trong khu nhưng lại là nơi chill nhất, hỏi chủ nhà thì bạn ý bảo nếu ở cả tháng thì tầm 7tr - 15tr tuỳ phòng và số người. Phía sau nhà là sông và rừng dừa, có thể đi bộ tập thể dục buổi sáng và từ đây nếu đi xe máy hoặc xe đạp thì cách phố cổ Hội An tầm 3km, quá phù hợp cho gia đình hoặc ai làm remote từ xa ở đây cả tháng, vào homestay thì thấy toàn tây với mấy cô chú ở nghỉ dưỡng. Nhà mình ở có 1 ngày trải nghiệm thôi mà thấy hơi tiếc vì giá hợp lý, cũng rất gần biển Cửa Đại, biển này xịn hơn An Bàng nha

Der Pool und der Garten laden zum Entspannen ein, und es werden sogar Yoga-Kurse angeboten. Für Familien, Paare oder Alleinreisende ist dies der ideale Ort, um die Schönheit von Hội An zu genießen. Ich kann die Laoxao RiverStone Villa wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Villa được điều hành bởi các bạn trẻ thân thiện, không gian được phủ xanh, có hồ, cạnh sông, đường vào qua ruộng nhỏ. Phù hợp cho người thích thi vị, tìm khung cảnh ngoại ô tại Hội An. Phần mình thì chọn hơi sai với nhu cầu, ko có thgian ở nhiều, mất thgian bắt grab chạy ra vô trung tâm (lưu ý: chọn điểm trường Trần Hưng Đạo để bắt trả xe, chứ hẻm oto vào khó, ko dám vào) Một nhược điểm nữa là vấn đề cách âm, nếu bạn nằm buồn mà người khác còn đang ngồi ở khu trung tâm thì sẽ được nghe đủ chuyện ko sót 1 chữ, kkk

Bon hôtel Chambre spacieuse et personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins. Cuisine commune. Peut-être un peu bruyant et qui manque un petit déjeuner le matin.

Petit paradis entouré de rivières, de végétations...caché c est un havre de repos. Hôtes adorables.

Very peaceful and the birds most of the day gives a serene vibe in the entire space. The common area is so chilled to working, reading or just hanging out. The river in front gives it more tranquil ambiance. The rooms are clean and spacious too. The staff are super nice and helpful. I love my stay here and will definitely comeback and highly recommended if you want a quiet place to retreat in Hoi an.

Mình có thời gian ở đây 2 tuần, làm việc online, rất thích cảnh bình yên nơi đây. Không gian rộng rãi, sân vườn cảnh quan đẹp

This is a good place to stay, close to nature. I stayed here for 2 weeks, it was very quiet at night, I could hear crickets and frogs croaking behind the rice fields! There is a river in front, so I often go there in the afternoon to sit. There is also a boat to row on the river. The people working here are very cheerful and nice. I will come back here next year!
