미리 에어컨 안켜놔서 핵 덥구요. 엘리베이터 없어요 에어컨은 켜도 더워요 안시원해져요 303호라고 해서 3층인줄 알았는데 로비포함 4층높이에요 수영장은 벌레 떠있어서 안했어요

Sehr schönes Hotel und vorallem ist der Preis unglaublich. Die Zimmer sind super schön ubd gut ausgestattet und kosten nur sehr wenig. Es gibt einen Pool mit Liegen, Fahrräder die gratis sind, sodass der kurze Weg in die Altstadt auch sehr angenehm ist und der Inhaber idt super nett! Wir sind ein großer Fan und können es nur jedem weiterempfehlen!

Đi ra biển hay vào phố cổ cũng rất tiện. Anh chủ thì nhiệt tình dễ thương. Phòng ốc cũng oke, có bể bơi cho mọi người chill dù bé xinh. Có mấy khách nước ngoài lưu trú dài hạn nên thường sẽ ngồi dưới t1 làm việc cho tiện

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Zimmer. Wir haben jeden Tag neue Handtücher und neues Wasser bekommen und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist auch gut. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr nett und haben uns viele gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Der Pool ist sauber und man kann kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen. Auch Roller konnten wir problemlos über das Hotel buchen. Am Abend war einmal eine Kakerlake am Pool aber das ist in Vietnam kaum vermeidbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!🌞

I really enjoyed my week stay here! The atmosphere is very friendly and fun and the rooms are clean and comfy! Location is great, with a bike ride away from beach and busy old town. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes around!

Would highly recommend here to stay. We got a three bed room, it was very spacious. Staff were lovely and accommodating. They hotel also has bikes you can ride for free which was a great way to get into the centre of town quickly

Really nice room and facilities for the price. Super efficient laundry service, same day collection. Free bicycles mean you are well connected to the downtown, and the two gents running the villa had lots of really useful tips/recommendations!

Clean rooms in a good area with free bikes. The staff is very helpful. Phuc specifically went out of his way to help me resolve some issues with my logistics and transit. Great stay overall.

We booked a room just an hour before our stay since we hadn’t planned to stay, but we were amazed by Hoi An. It turned out to be an amazing choice, the place was great and very good value for the money.

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Holiday Hoi An Villa. The villa is clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment to relax in. The rooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities that made the stay enjoyable.The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with requests, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient—quiet enough to unwind, yet still easily accessible to Hoi An’s Old Town and nearby attractions.Overall, Grand Holiday Hoi An Villa offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An and would be happy to stay here again.

I liked everything, great location, quiet place, excellent room, with a balcony, on the balcony there is a tree and a nest with small birds in it - very nice.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ausgezeichneter Lage: nahe am Zentrum und dennoch ruhig, nicht überlaufen. Die sehr netten Besitzer schaffen eine angenehme, persönliche Atmosphäre. Fahrräder zur Erkundung der Umgebung stehen zur Verfügung – einfach wunderbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen sogar über einen Balkon. Klare Empfehlung!

The room was ideal for 3 of us, very nice interior, modern design, small balcony, spacious bathroom & facilities all worked well. Staff/receptionist weren’t there majority of the time but were helpful enough in WhatsApp so wasn’t really an issue. The pool was a bit of a let down unfortunately, there’s only 1-2 loungers, it’s surrounded by tall walls/buildings so doesn’t get too much sunlight on it, there isn’t really anywhere to sit around the pool as it’s all fenced/walled off. Not sure what the ladder is for either. Other than the pool we had a really pleasant stay here :)

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Comfy bed with silent air conditioning which I slept very well. The white blue color room design looks very relaxed and holiday mood. The room has kettle, hair dryer, fridge, toileties, instant coffee/tea, drinking water and safety box. The room is very clean and modern, I especially like the design of clothes airer. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They gave good advice of local restaurants. They provide free bicycle, bus and tour booking. The swimming pool is super clean too, which is a bonas point. Also there’s an adorable small dog at night. He is super cute！Restaurants and supermarkets just within few minutes’ walk, I'm surprised there’s some nice vegetarian restaurants in that area. I would highly recommend Grand Holiday Villa if you stay in Hoi An.

Très bonne chambre avec tout le confort qu’il faut ! Le personnel est au petit soin, service de blanchisserie, piscine, location de vélo Nous avons même pu faire un Check in plus tôt et repousser notre Check out, ils sont très arrangeants. Situé dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes à pieds du vieux quartier, c’est le parfait compromis !

위치는 호이안 중심가에서 멀리있음. 대신 가격이 매우 착함. 자전거 대여가능하나 자전거들 상태가 좋진않음. 객실은 방1개에 침대 3개였는데 깔끔하고 좋았음. 수영장 있는데 나쁘지 않았음. 단점이라면 룸키 1개라 불편함 ( 에어컨 못틀고나옴)

Kudos to the amazing staff for all the amazing recommendations we got. We ended up doing everything they said, and it was all amazing! Also the rooms were really nice and clean. All in all a recommendation worth!

Excellent hospitality! Arrived 11am and the room was ready for checking in. The staff helped me to carry luggage up. The room is exactly the same as the photo. Nice design! Bed and pillow is comfortable. Nice balcony! The swimming pool water is clean & cooling for a hot afternoon. As I have no plan on arrival day, I asked the staff to recommend good local food and places to visit. With the free bicycle provided, I got to taste local noodle at the nice restaurant near ancient town, then excellent salted coffee at Garden Coffee cafe beside a scenic padi field and night scenic walk at the busy ancient town. The boss, Anh was very helpful. He recommended to visit the beach early morning for sunrise. Then the vegetable farm to see farmers working in the morning. The best part was the Instagramable cafe in the farm. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here.

Very nice hotel, rooms are big and clean, generous and comfortable beds. Location is just 12 min walk/2 min by Grab car from old city center. ATM TPBank is just 2 min away and plenty of nice restaurants near by. The host was very helpful with lots of info about everything (where and what to eat, to visit, to do, pickup from airport) and communication via Wassup in English was really easy Highly recommend this place!!!

We stayed for 5 nights at the Grand Hoi An Villa and really loved it. Clean and modern rooms, great location and the most sweetest staff who will help you out with anything you need.

The best place I've found in Hoi An so far. A female dorm: basically a hotel room with 3 beds only, it's perfect - modern, super clean, has drinking water, coffee, hairdryer, bed has a soft comfortable mattress, curtains, A/C fully functional, shower with hot water, toothbrush, clean towel every day, bathroom super clean, safety locker with no deposit for the key. Quiet at night. I like it is done in European standard, not Asian and that makes this place to stand out!🙏🌟 Nobody sells you stuff you don't need here and the bicycle is included in the price of the room. Bravo. Great staff too. 👍

I am very satisfied with my stay at Grand Holiday Villa Hoi An. The staff are very friendly and eager to assist me with late check-in around 2am and recommend many local restaurants. The hotel's location is very convenient, just about 10-15 minute walk to the Old Quarter. The room is spacious, airy, and very clean. The last but not least is strong pressure hot shower. Just loved it.. Highly recommended

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my time here. I booked for four nights originally and then extended for another two, but I would have stayed for even longer if I had the time !! The most amazing staff, all extremely kind and they always have a smile on their faces. When I arrived they helped to show me many popular food spots and activities in Hoi An, and then on leaving they helped me book my bus and transport to the bus station ! A lovely clean hotel in a perfect location just outside of the old town so it’s quieter and local food is a bit cheaper !! If I’m ever in Hoi An again I will absolutely be coming back

Everything is really nice and beautiful. Just FYI, the homestay dont have an elevator. If you have large luggages just ask the reception guy to help. The toilet is a little big dirty at the day that I stayed but still highly recommend.

The room was very clean and the family that owns the hotel is very kind and helpful. They recommend places to eat and visit and also allowed us to check in early after our overnight bus that we got little to no sleep on. Overall this has been one of my favourite places that I have stayed at in Vietnam thus far.

This hotel is a very welcome surprise. Located in a busy area just north of the Old Town with very easy access (I could walk it in 15 minutes). There are a huge number of good restaurants and bars very close to the hotel. The room was magnificent, in the eves of the block with lovely blue decoration and a warm feeling. The beds were extremely comfortable, clean and changed daily. The bathroom is very clean, well stocked with a relaxing and refreshing shower that had hot water on demand. There is a small balcony, a desk and table to complete the feeling of a small apartment. Best of all the resources of the hotel is the staff. The sister and brother at reception are gorgeous people, full of kindness, help and pleasant conversation. They arranged laundry at a very good price, shuttle transport and excursions. The cost of a room each night is amazingly low considering the quality of the hotel. I felt so happy and relaxed here.

very nice and helpful host, english friendly, just the dry function of the air-con does not work, so it was a bit high humidity indoor in the raining season.

I feel so lucky to find this cosy, peaceful, clean and beautiful guesthouse. Amazing for a solo traveler like me who got tired of the business of the hostels. The shared rooms only have 3 beds and for their reasonable price I had the comfort as if I’m staying in a private room. Staff are so warm, kind, friendly, helpful. The neighborhood has a friendly feeling with a very good breakfast cafe and an amazing vegetarian restaurant. It was such a comforting feeling to stay in this peaceful villa. Strongly recommend to everyone.

The staff was amazing, she could answer all of my questions. Free bike was provided. A bit far from old town but no issue for me to bike for 10 mins. We early got the room, so I found trash is the room is still full when I checked in. Overall, value for the money.

소원배타는 곳까지는 거리가 좀 있어요. 23분정도.자전거를 타면 가까울것같긴한데. 저희가 묵었는 날은 비가와서 자전거 타긴 힘들고 걸어서 갔는데 다리가 좀 아픈정도.. 구경하면서 걸을만 할수도.. 저흰 전날 일정에 좀 지쳐있어서 약간 힘뜰긴했어요.주변에 마사지 받을 스파가 몇군데 몰려있고 주변에 괜찮은 식당도있어서 식사 하기 편하구요.. 마스터카드 이용가능한 은행 atm기기가 가까워서 좋아요.위생에 신경쓰긴하는 것 같은데 약간 아쉬운점도 보이지만 가격대비 이 정도면 괜찮을 듯 하구요.수영장은 비오는날 1박만했는데 추워서 이용 못 했네요.

Had a wonderful stay here! When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a warm welcome and a bunch of recommendations of places to visit/eat at. Super affordable and has bikes available for use at no extra cost. It also has a lovely pet poodle! Highly recommend!
