Ici, vous êtes au cœur du vrai Vietnam, dans une maison tenue par la plus belle famille que nous ayons rencontrée en deux mois et demi de voyage. Les chambres sont grandes, climatisées, avec balcon, et toute la maison est d’une propreté impeccable. Eau, café et thé sont à volonté, et tout le monde est constamment aux petits soins pour vous. Et puis il y a Mamie ❤️… Tous les jours, elle cuisine pour la famille. Vous pouvez la regarder préparer ses plats, participer avec elle et, bien sûr, goûter ! Des moments simples, authentiques et précieux qui nous ont permis de découvrir le Vietnam autrement, de l’intérieur. Le tout à seulement 2 minutes à pied du centre de Hội An. Mais ce que nous retiendrons surtout, ce sont les personnes. Leur gentillesse, leur générosité et cette sensation d’avoir trouvé, à des milliers de kilomètres de chez nous, une petite famille. Après deux mois et demi au Vietnam, je peux le dire : je n’ai pas les mots pour décrire cette expérience. ❤️ Merci pour tout. Vous allez nous manquer. 🇻🇳

Huge recommendation for a lovely, sweet, and family friendly place! ​We had an amazing stay! The owner was absolutely incredible she helped us with everything and was just so kind and wonderful. ​There is a refreshing swimming pool, and the rooms are large, spacious, and well air conditioned. The location is unbeatable, right by the ancient town! ​We truly enjoyed every single moment and wholeheartedly recommend this amazing place!

Gia đình mình 8 người cả trẻ nhỏ lưu trú ở đây 2 ngày 1 đêm, phòng ốc sạch sẽ ngăn nắp, villa gần phố cổ, có thể đi bộ ra phố cổ rất tiện các chị người làm ở đây rất nhiệt tình vui vẻ nha đặt biệt là chị Chủ cực kì cực kì nhiêt tình và dễ thương luôn ngày trả phòng đến giờ đi xe mình gặp sự cố cũng nhờ chị gọi cho người này người kia tìm người sửa giúp mình nữa Nói chung là 10 điểm không có nhưng :))) Có dịp nhất định sẽ quay lại

Consiglio fortemente di soggiornare qui per la posizione, per la pulizia delle stanze, per la comodità, ma sopratutto per l’accoglienza di Peanut. Una persona meravigliosa che si è presa cura di noi in tutto. Ci ha consigliato dove mangiare, cosa fare e ci ha aiutato a noleggiare uno scooter, oltre a prepararci dei buonissimi caffè e tè. Lei e la sua bellissima famiglia sono stati super accoglienti, dolci e gentili. Posso solo augurarmi di rincontrarli presto. Grazie di cuore 💖

We stayed here for a week and totally loved it! The host was super hospitable and really took care of us. They helped us with everything, from cutting fresh dragon fruit we bought to making coffee in the morning and even reserving all the activities we wanted to do. The hotel price was unbeatable too, and everything was within walking distance, which was super convenient. Room was big and clean as well.

staying here absolutely made our trip - we couldn’t recommend staying here enough! the hosts are absolute angels who went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. from the moment we arrived we were greeted with the most beautiful warmth and excitement to share their city and culture. the rooms were perfectly appointed with everything you could need and the bed was super comfortable. we can’t wait to come back!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Direkt im alten Quartier von Hoi An. Alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal und vor allem die Besitzerin. Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und sie hat mir viele Tipps gegeben, wo etwas zu finden ist. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut. Ich werde immer wieder diese Villa buchen, wenn ich in Hoi An bin. Chị chủ nhà thì siêu siêu nhiệt tình và thân thiện, em bé nhà mình cũng rất thích khi ở đây, bé tự nhiên thoải mái chơi đùa. Đi ra phố cổ cũng rất gần, nhà mình đi bộ ra đó. Nếu năm tới có cơ hội mình sẽ chọn ở đây. Siêu hài lòng

Kỳ nghỉ hè vừa rồi, gia đình mình đã có những ngày thật tuyệt vời tại Flamingo Villa Hội An 🌿☀️ Không gian ở đây rất yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ và cực kỳ thoải mái – đúng kiểu nghỉ dưỡng mà mình tìm kiếm. Villa rộng rãi, tiện nghi đầy đủ, rất phù hợp cho gia đình có trẻ nhỏ. Điều khiến các bé nhà mình thích nhất chắc chắn là hồ bơi 🏊‍♂️. Ngày nào các con cũng đòi xuống bơi, vui chơi không biết chán. Người lớn thì thư giãn, còn trẻ con thì có không gian vận động – quá lý tưởng cho một kỳ nghỉ trọn vẹn. Nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, khiến mình cảm thấy vô cùng thoải mái trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. המארחת פשוט מדהימה, דאגה לכל דבר. נתקענו בלי מלון ועברנו פה במקרה המארחת המהממת דאגה לנו לחדר מיד ואפילו הציעה לנו את האוכל שלה כי הייתה שעה מאוחרת ורוב המסעדות סגורות. חדרים גדולים ונקיים, מקלחת מרווחת. בריכה נחמדה. האדיבות והאכפתיות של המארחת עשו את החוויה מושלמת.

Mình rất hài lòng khi lưu trú tại homestay. Cô chủ cực kỳ dễ thương, thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách từ lúc nhận phòng đến khi trả phòng. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, không gian thoải mái và yên tĩnh. Giá cả hợp lý, vị trí thuận tiện. Nếu có dịp quay lại, mình chắc chắn sẽ tiếp tục lựa chọn homestay này. Good position and room.

Had a lovely stay at Flamingo homestay, the owner and their family were very helpful and kind to us throughout, even letting us check in early and leave our bags there when we arrived early in the morning. They arranged scooter rental for us and helped us with laundry too. The room was very nice and spacious, with large windows letting in lots of light. A wonderful place to stay in Hoi An and very good value! Cảm ơn!

Best homestay I’ve stayed in in South East Asia. Great location near old town, rooms a good size and comfy bed. They have thought of everything - jug of water in room, shower gel, slippers etc. The vibe is so friendly and relaxing. And Mi is so great, sorting everything for me like laundry and airport transfer. It meant I could have a proper switch off! Mi also so friendly and kind. Would recommend this homestay to anyone 100%!

Old town’a, eğlence mekanlarına, restoranlara, kısaca ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şeye yakın; tertemiz, sessiz, odada saç kurutma makinesi,kettle, şampuan/ duş jeli, diş fırçası mevcut. Klima çok iyi soğutuyor. Fiyatı uygun geliyorsa düşünmeden karar verebilirsiniz.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was so clean, the taxi pickup was convenient and cheap, and our host was wonderful! The location was ideal for us, a short walk to central Hoi An while being down a private alley away from the direct noise and bustle of the city. The pool was well kept and very pretty. I also thought the bathroom in our room was gorgeous. The complimentary bamboo toothbrushes and the organic waste bins were a nice touch as someone who values sustainability. There’s complimentary tea and coffee, and plenty of water jugs to fill reusable bottles in the fridge. The one note I had was that we tried to watch TV and it said that none of the streaming apps were compatible anymore with the TV (both Netflix and Disney) - so just one small thing that could be improved. But most importantly, we felt so welcome here :) Highly recommend staying here!!!

Petit hotel net, en zona tranquila i a minuts a peu de la ciutat antiga, del passeig del riu i de botigues i serveis. La nostra habitació, a la planta baixa era àmplia, neta i molt lluminosa. Disposa d'aire condicionat y ventilador. Bany ampli, ducha amb mampara y amenities. Cuina compartida disponible, on es pot gaudir de tés i cafès gratuits. Té una petita piscina molt neta que va anar molt bé per a refrescarnos quan arribàvem cansats de caminar. Mim, l'staff que ens va rebre, es una persona disposada i atenta. Per primer cop, des que vam arribar a Vietnam ens vam poder sentir acollits y com a casa. 100% recomanable per estades a Hoi An.

A lovely stay here for 4 nights and a wonderful host. Very helpful and volunteering things to go and do and see. I booked a couple of outing with them. The cycle tour was such a great few hours out in the sun and I have not been on a bicycle for 20 years. The Memories Show was an unexpected highlight too. Back to Flamingo. Perfectly located close to the night market, restaurants and nightlife but out of earshot. Very spacious bedroom on the top floor. Comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you very much!

飯店就在會安古鎮不到200公尺處的小巷內，住在三樓即可看到古鎮人來人往，卻無人聲鼎沸感，鬧中取靜，房間簡單乾淨舒適，一樓廚房提供咖啡和茶飲，可自行取用，週邊有許多當地美食和小吃，也不用擔心會餓肚子！如果要住會安體驗古鎮風情，這裡是首選！

The place is not maintained well and there is no room service done daily. There is no one in the reception most of the times. They have to provide better service and it’s a bit tricky to find the place when you go for the first time.

Mi habitación está bien bonita en este hostal LGBT-friendly. Hay una alberca con camastros pa disfrutar cuando el clima lo permite (está lloviendo un chingo en Hoi An en esta temporada). Se ubica en una callecita muy tranqui.

mình đã có 4 ngày rất thoải mái tại home, bạn host siêu dễ thương, rất nhiệt tình hướng dẫn, chỉ cho mình các địa điểm ăn uống ngon trong khu phố cổ, và cả xung quanh Hội An, mình đi bộ từ homestay ra phố chỉ hơn 5' thôi, host có kinh nghiệm ẩm thực quá, mình thử bánh cá với croissant ở tiệm host chỉ và ăn ưng ý ghê, tìm vị giống vậy ở SG không có, homestay gần phố nên di chuyển dễ dàng thuận lợi, xung quanh yên tĩnh mát mẻ và rất an ninh, có sự riêng tư nhưng vẫn gần gũi, hồ bơi thích lắm, phòng mình thuê gọn gàng sạch sẽ, mình sẽ quay lại home nếu có dịp ghé Hội An.

She was communicative, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of during my stay. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a very nice vibe—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. It truly made my time in Hoi An more enjoyable. 곳곳이 다 깨끗할순없지만도..눈에보이는곳은 깨끗했음해요 선풍기 먼지며 냉장고가 눈에 띄게 더러워서 좀..그랬어요 화장실은 변기에 휴지를 넣지 못해 불편했어요 직원은 친절해서 마주칠때마다 인사해주세요 수영장관리는 잘되나봐요 부유물떠다니거나 그렇진않았어요 대신 한낮엔 햇빛이 직빵이라 수영을 즐기기에는 너무 뜨거워서 사용이 어려워요

L’hôtel est très bien placé, calme, le personnel est adorable et disponible. De l’eau est également à disposition. Notre petit point négatif est que le sol de la chambre n’était pas fait et voilà une image après avoir demandé un balai tout de suite après notre check-in. On a demandé à ce que le sol soit fait le lendemain mais il n’a pas été fait. Bon… mise à part ça c’est un 10/10, et c’est peu être un oubli pour nous. Additionally, the availability of a kitchen for guest use was a fantastic feature, allowing for the preparation of simple meals. Such a lovely hotel a bit off the beaten path. It’s typically very quiet. The room has good working A/C and was very clean. Mi was also super helpful with booking a bus to Quy Nhon from Hoi An. I would stay here again!

I was a little worried about staying in a home stay but I loved the location and needed a place that would accept my adventure cat, Cosmo. I was so pleased with this place. The bathroom was modern with beautiful shiny tilted walls and a great shower. The room was exactly like the pictures which was a relief as you never know. There was a fridge, AC, and fan in the room though I never used the AC since it is January. Beds are comfy. Floors are spotlessly clean. They have a great little roonba-style vacuum that rolls around cleaning. I didn't have them clean my room since I had the cat but after the beach they let me put the vacuum in the room for awhile to get the sand I (and Cosmo) accidentally brought back. The girls who work there are wonderful and friendly. They are extremely helpful with any request. Oh and they have a cute little swimming pool too. But the main reason I would recommend this place is the location. It's literally 1.5 blocks from the riverside walking street that has a bunch of food carts, bars, and giant lantern photo ops. Another block down are stalls selling goods. This little island has 2 bridges and old town is just across the second bridge, maybe 1/3 mile away.

Eu realmente adorei esse lugar, tem uma localização super boa perto da regiāo de bares e da cidade antiga mas mesmo assim é super silencioso. Os ambientes sao super limpos e organizados, o quarto é grande e com bastante iluminação, chuveiro com ótima pressão e cama confortável. Tem mesa e cadeira no quarto e o wifi é bom pra trabalhar. Recomendo 100%

We thoroughly enjoyed this little gem of a homestay hotel. We were treated so warmly upon arrival and our rooms were spacious with larger than normal bathrooms and wonderful showers. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was small but clean and refreshing. The location was great, a short walk to the old town and to the lively bars and restaurants, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Be aware that there is no elevator, but otherwise everything was fantastic!

Rooms are super comfy and the beds are also great in western standards. The owner is very kind and helpful! The kitchen is accessible for the guests, there is free coffee, a water filter and a microwave so we really felt like home with easy access to water, coffee and a place to prepare a bit of food. I will definitely come again if I come back to Hoi An!

Great location & hotel for the price you pay, within 10 mins you are in the Old Quarter of Hoi An. The owner My is friendly, and does everything in Flamingo Villa by herself. She recently took over the Villa and is doing a nice job to keep it clean and running! I thought it was a bold move that she promoted her Villa as LGBT friendly, because I haven’t seen it anywhere, hence we booked here to support!
