Hotel agréable, super bien situé dans un quartier proche de tout. Personnel serviable, bon petit déjeuner ( du choix ). Et surtt un magnifique petit resto / bar en bas . Plats délicieux. Super pratique su vous ne souhaitez pas dîner en dehors.

Nice hotel located the right place. Very friendly staff at the reception/check in. Nice breakfast buffet and also very friendly staff there. Would love to visit again.

Good hotel in the heart of Hue. Rooms are a bit dated, but very good size (The bed was huge!) and clean. The bathroom had a bathtub and whilst it wasn't a problem for us, it was not the easiest to get in and out (Could the a problem for less mobile people). Rooftop pool was a bit disappointing, not as big as we thought and not the cleanest. Good breakfast.

For the tourists: do not place a booking at this hotel. The hotel has been closed since March by the authorities supposedly due to debt but it still available on several booking sites. The warning has been issued by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Vietnam and there might be from others as well

Nice place, room had everything including a bath, city views but a bit noisy from the room and was a bit noisy 540am in the morning as it was located underneath the Buffet Eatery. Very nice of them to acknowledge my birthday with cake. Would recommend hotel.

It is an hôtel very recommended,the localisation is in the old city, the breakfast is fabulous,the employées are very helpful and available for any issue.

My wife and I had a great stay here. The service is excellent. Tram from reception was very helpful, she was quick to offer help and always happy to see us. The hotel is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. We recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Hue.

Très bel hôtel, propre et calme. Le personnel est tres attentionné.

A very average hotel, it was clean but the public areas were not air conditioned so once outside the room it was fairly uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok but because the restaurant had no or very inadequate A/C the food looked sweaty and sad. The pool area was small and uninviting with very few lounges so we didn’t use it. The massage at the spa was good. I would not stay here again.

2026/04/06（一）入住越南順化浪漫酒店 應該連一星都不到，最基本待客之道都沒有…，在職場上反應出的就是員工職業素質不佳，且這家飯店的主管會「道德綁架/軟式威脅」...，真的感覺到管理非常不好，真的非常不配獲得四星級飯店。 一.飯店應已知住客量，甚至可能知道團體旅客集體退房時間點，以這樣的數據去安排4/7早餐餐點及座位，那不管飯店空調是否壞掉，都應該安排對應之下最大容量及適宜溫度給客人用餐才對不是嗎？ 1-1.飯店做法及說法：做法~包廂冷氣壞掉，直接封閉可連通開通使用的包廂空間，讓現場客人沒有位子坐下來好好吃個早餐？或得問他人拼桌？說法~4/6冷氣沒壞掉，4/7一早才壞掉的，所以封閉包廂（這空調問題居然已知，就該趕快調配移動式冷氣、電風扇等等降溫器具使用，可以見得浪漫飯店真的不具備最基本的待客之道，四星級飯店的各類不良事件的事前推演演練應對計畫，更別提這樣突發狀況的事前教育訓練，更甚至是主管及員工臨場問題之即時反應及處理了，真的不配四星級）。 1-2.飯店做法：讓客人自己問飯店人員可以開通包廂來坐嗎？而不是主動解決問題（（這空間安排應該事前就準備好（如：1-1.） 或適時主動提供包廂開通空間出來，客人站著、找著沒位子才對不是嗎？（真的事前演練及臨場反應及處理））。 1-3.飯店做法：開通包廂空間，悶熱的不行，就一句冷氣機壞掉了，可以接受嗎？的解釋而已？解釋完就不理客人了…（不是應該就趕快拿移動式冷氣或電風扇等降溫電器出來待客嗎？）（一般人在家遇到這樣應該都會不好意思，並且趕快好好接待客人吧？，所以連基本的待客之道都沒有…）。 1-4.飯店做法：非包廂空間，有冷氣有電風扇，開通後的包廂空間悶熱，確連個電風扇調節溫度都沒有？（真的基本待客之道都沒有，如：1-3.）。 二.主管的出現應該是解決問題，而不是讓客人要主動提才有，沒提就不是一回事，更不能「道德綁架/軟式威脅」... 2-1.餐廳小主管的解釋: 4/6冷氣沒壞掉，4/7一早才壞掉的，所以封閉包廂，前後也有告知三次冷氣壞掉，客人仍要坐包廂內的，後續有詢問是否移出包廂（已知住客量，一早知冷氣壞掉，就該應變最大容客量還有各類降溫器具，非讓客人沒有位子坐，解釋冷氣壞掉了，我們沒位子坐當然還是坐包廂，那就該趕快備電風扇等流通室內溫度，我們沒提就沒有電扇，我都吃完了才來問移位置…；真的此店基本待客之道都沒有，職業素質不佳）。 2-2.飯店日班某主管聽到google評價會給差評的回應:一位員工的不上心，造成這狀況，真的很抱歉，但客人你這樣我們餐廳的廚師不是外場的人員都會被扣薪水三個月（這位主管把問題推給一個員工，真的整體教育訓練非常不好，且她不但沒有解決問題的解釋與能力，有的確是「道德綁架/軟式威脅」...，真的讓人覺得火上澆油，火氣更大）。 這家飯店要送的欠禮，堅決不收，這樣會「道德綁架/軟式威脅」...的管理，真的非常不佳。

El hotel es perfecto está muy céntrico y las habitaciones son súper cómodas

A lovely stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and a beautiful pool on the rooftop with views over the city. Our room rate included a very nice and varied breakfast buffet. Very close to the River and to Walking Street where there are lots or restaurants. Good aircon in the room and a large comfortable bed.

A beautifully appointed hotel in a great location and fantastic service. Such a relief to be welcomed by such helpful staff after a long journey. The rooms are clean, roomy and well equipped and the buffet breakfast is amazing. A great bar and pool and what a lovely surprise to be presented with a complimentary birthday cake from the hotel staff upon noticing it on my passport. Very good hotel booked for a weekend in Hue. It’s very well located and partnered with the neighboring restaurant, which is convenient. The rooms are well insulated and the bed is comfortable.

Mình vừa có một chuyến đi Huế và chọn ở khách sạn Romance, cụ thể là phòng 3 giường – khá phù hợp nếu đi theo nhóm bạn hoặc gia đình. Trải nghiệm lần này nhìn chung khá ổn, dù vẫn có vài điểm khiến mình hơi “lăn tăn” một chút. Điểm cộng lớn nhất chắc chắn là vị trí. Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm, chỉ cần đi bộ một đoạn là ra phố đi bộ nhộn nhịp buổi tối, rất tiện để dạo chơi, ăn uống hay ngắm phố xá. Từ đây cũng dễ dàng di chuyển ra cầu Tràng Tiền – một trong những biểu tượng của Huế. Xung quanh khách sạn có rất nhiều quán ăn, quán cà phê và địa điểm giải trí nên gần như không cần phải đi xa mà vẫn có thể khám phá ẩm thực địa phương. Về phòng ốc, cảm nhận đầu tiên là khách sạn có phần hơi cũ nếu nhìn từ bên ngoài cũng như hành lang. Tuy nhiên khi vào phòng thì lại thấy khá ổn áp. Phòng 3 giường rộng rãi, bố trí hợp lý nên không bị cảm giác chật chội dù ở đông người. Nội thất tuy không mới nhưng vẫn được giữ gìn tốt, không có dấu hiệu xuống cấp nghiêm trọng. Giường ngủ êm, sạch sẽ, đủ để có một giấc ngủ ngon sau một ngày đi chơi nhiều. Một điểm mình khá thích là buffet sáng ở đây. Đồ ăn đa dạng hơn mình nghĩ, từ món Á đến một số món Tây cơ bản. Hương vị ổn, dễ ăn, phù hợp với nhiều khẩu vị. Đặc biệt là các món địa phương được chuẩn bị khá chỉn chu, giúp khách có thể trải nghiệm ẩm thực Huế ngay tại khách sạn mà không cần đi xa. Không gian ăn sáng cũng thoải mái, không quá đông đúc vào thời điểm mình ở. Tuy nhiên, điểm trừ rõ ràng nhất chính là wifi. Trong thời đại mà gần như ai cũng cần kết nối internet liên tục thì việc wifi chập chờn, lúc được lúc không thực sự gây khó chịu. Những lúc cần làm việc hoặc đơn giản là lướt web, xem video thì phải chờ hoặc chuyển sang dùng dữ liệu di động. Đây là điều mà mình nghĩ khách sạn nên cải thiện sớm để nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng. Tổng thể, nếu bạn đang tìm một nơi lưu trú có vị trí đẹp, tiện di chuyển, giá hợp lý và phòng đủ rộng cho nhóm đông người thì Romance là một lựa chọn đáng cân nhắc. Dù không phải là khách sạn mới hay quá hiện đại, nhưng sự tiện lợi và những gì mang lại vẫn đủ để có một kỳ nghỉ thoải mái. Chỉ cần cải thiện thêm về wifi thì trải nghiệm chắc chắn sẽ trọn vẹn hơn rất nhiều.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. We got quite a few extra benefits for what they classed as a long stay, like one free massage, some free laundry and discount at their restaurant. I would highly recommend this place.

Je vous recommande cet hôtel très bien placé à Hué. Attention peut-être aux chambres qui donnent sur la rue car elles peuvent être bruyantes (mais ce n’est pas dû à l’hôtel le quartier est animé la nuit mais rien d’insurmontable). Super petit déjeuner. Piscine agréable mais peut-être nécessiterait d’être un peu rafraîchie. Chambres très propres.

Rigtig fint hotel, vi fik værelserne før på grund af en syg søn. De var meget hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger centralt i byen i gåafstand til mange af tingene.

We stay here for 1 night...clean room n nice hotel

The room was absolutely beautiful and surprisingly spacious for just one person. I felt like I had so much room to breathe and relax. What truly stood out, though, was the service—the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommended!

I'm struggling to believe all the glowing reviews are the same hotel. The depressing rectangular room is utterly charmless. And the only thing worse than the rooms on the back (where we were), looking over the car park, are the rooms on the front that have nightclub noise. The safes are too small for a 13" laptop or even a camera. The swimming pool has thin painful slippy steps, polished tiles at the edge, and an underwater rail you could get your foot caught in. You couldn't take the towel back to the room and there was nowhere to change. The breakfast is OK and the omelette was nice.

順化CP值超高的飯店，就在步行街裡，走下樓就有滿滿的餐廳與bar，房間非常整潔，空間很大，玄關打開兩個28吋行李箱綽綽有餘，早餐豐盛，配上這價格真的無敵 對了，由於樓下是步行街，我的房間是面對街道，到晚上12點後才會安靜，對於我這樣的晚睡仔一點問題都沒有

Great rooms. The beds are amazing, they're so big! We had a nice view over the city. The bar downstairs was also nice for having a last drink before heading up/out. There were multiply foods to eat during breakfast, Intercontinental and local. The swimming pool at the rooftop was a nice addition for the hot days. You're in the middle of the city so everything is close by

Hotel was in a great location for evening strolls and great restaurants and bars. Room was comfortable, the staff was lovely, breakfast buffet had lots of chi-ices and the rooftop pool was lovely at the end of the day of sightseeing.

Exceptionnel on peut pas dire autre chose. Tout a été parfait : les chambres, la propreté, le personnel très poli, très avenant. Le petit-déjeuner est juste incroyable il permet de goûter du sucré et du salé et toutes les spécialités de fruits. Un seul bémol : on y reste qu'une seule nuit🤣. Situated in an area with a bustling night life & within walking distance of the romantic Perfume River, Romance Hotel has to be one of the best hotels in Hue. The rooms are clean, modern, & comfortable. The staff are super courteous, friendly, & professional. Breakfast buffet is generous with a very large assortment of both Asian and Western foods, plenty of fresh tropical fruits. There are lots of options for vegetarians/vegans as well. My only wish is that the vegan-friendly dishes like steamed veggies, sweet rice, etc., were kept separate, away from meat dishes to lessen cross-contamination.
