Báo khách sạn xuất hoá đơn từ 12h trưa lúc check out, đến chiều hôm sau vẫn không thấy gửi. Gọi điện cho số điện thoại trên web lần đầu thì báo để kiểm tra nhưng chờ 15p gọi lại thì không nghe máy, phải dùng số khác gọi mới nghe.

Khách sạn trên trục đường trung tâm nhìn ra hướng sông, thuận tiện đi lại. Chất lượng dịch vụ tốt, phòng sạch sẽ tiện nghi.

3-7/Sept/2026 Stayed here for the world pickle ball tournament. Very convenient to the Stadium 12mins walk. Breakfast good. The room good size n clean. Super helpful reception team. Huy, Yen, Nam & Tuan. Ask them anything & they have good advice.😍😍

Hotel is in a reasonable location. |The bed was large and comfortable but it could use some pillows that fit the bed, pillows very small I'm comparison.|Pool was very nice but small, with families and children taking over the pool and parents not controlling them leaving the pool unable to use for swimming. We were told twice out of the three times we visited the pool that there are no towels available because there were none clean, this was at 11 am. |Clean forgot to restock the mini bar leaving us without any access to water, we made a request to the reception for water and the hotel has no water in stock to give or sell to it's customers, which is far from ideal. The cleaners started early in the mornings and the bedroom doors are not soundproof at all so you cannot sleep in on your holiday through the door knocking and room cleaning shout every morning, we used the do not disturb setting so fortunately they did not knock our door.

The pool was overrun with unsupervised children, which was one of the main issues. It's not a relaxing pool that people can enjoy, when children are in every area with inflatables and screaming. The Lounge cushions weren't on the loungers, we had to source them to use- and they were dirty anyway. There was a constant fight for pool towels, we even had to use our room towels on the first day, when the pool staff told us they simply didn't have any. The lack of water, for both drinking and the kettle, was another big issue. Not being able to get any water from reception/the bar/housekeeping when they weren't replaced in the minibar that day, when all shops have closed, is very frustrating. Shower was good, no cold water from the sink tap, bed was comfortable enough, room size was ok, cleaners are very loud from 7am and we could hear them talking to each other plus on their radios outside our door. Laundry service was good, slightly expensive for the area but needed and quick service.
