Satisfied! The room here is clean and the location of the hotel is very near to Phu Quoc night market. The hotel staffs were very attentive and helpful. There is an airport shuttle service according to the hotel schedule!

Khách sạn đẹp. Nằm ngay trung tâm thuận tiền cho việc đi lại, bành có thể đi bộ đến chợ đêm chỉ mất vài phút, bữa ăn sáng ngon, nhân viên nhiệt tình luôn luôn chào đón khách, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nơi này khi có dịp đến Phú quốc.

M Hotel Phú Quốc là một nơi lưu trú rất đáng trải nghiệm. Phòng sạch sẽ, thiết kế đẹp, tiện nghi đầy đủ, nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Vị trí thuận tiện, không gian thoải mái, phù hợp cho cả nghỉ dưỡng và du lịch. Mình rất hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong những lần tới! 👍

Khách sạn có không gian rất sạch sẽ, thoải mái và dễ chịu. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Đặc biệt, view hoàng hôn ở đây cực kỳ đẹp, ngắm hoàng hôn từ khách sạn rất chill và đáng nhớ. Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại! 🌅✨

Just the location is good , room is of very small size - the receptionist Tim doesnt have basics to talk to their customers, this hotel doesnt feel luxurious at all

not value for money, 3.6m Dong for this, in it got a room where either i can walk or open my suitcase, not recommended at all, the pics and reality both doesn’t match, The receptionist is really rude not ready to understand anything, their manager is not available to even speak, there’s nobody to resolve the issue, Not recommended at all

this should be a 1 star hotel, the room they provide is really small with 10k inr, its a waste of money, They will fool you with writing the amenities you would get and then not provide

Everything was great from start to finish — the service, location, and overall atmosphere were excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed, which made our stay really enjoyable. One of the best things was being able to rent a motorcycle directly from the hotel. It was so convenient and also made exploring the area much more fun. The room was extremely comfortable, and I especially loved the beautiful sea view from the window. It honestly made me want to stay longer! The service was also outstanding. In particular, Mr. Binh was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Đây là lần đầu tiên mình đến Phú Quốc và lại là đi chơi một mình. Mình đã rất băn khoăn lựa chỗ ở. Mình tham khảo nhiều khu nghỉ trên trang mạng và tình cờ mình thấy M Hotel. Mình vào xem các thông tin, hình ảnh của khu nghỉ thì mình rất thích vì những tiêu chí về nơi ở của mình gần như M Hotel đáp ứng đủ. Khách sạn ở trung tâm, phòng được thiết kế tối giản, hiện đại đúng gu của mình, phòng mình đặt là view biển nên được ngắm hoàng hôn rất đẹp, giá phòng thì do mình đi một người nên cảm thấy giá có hơi cao nhưng bù lại là có ăn sáng, có luôn cả xe đưa đón sân bay 2 chiều (đây là dịch vụ theo khung giờ của bên khách sạn và may mắn là cả 2 lượt mình đều khớp với lịch trình). Các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình làm cho mình cảm thấy mình được chào đón và cảm giác như là nhà. Vì đây là lần đầu mình đến Phú Quốc nên mình cũng khá bối về lịch trình đi chơi dù đã xem nhiều thông tin review ở trên mạng, cũng may là nhờ có các bạn lễ tân đã gợi ý, tư vấn chi tiết cho mình. Đến ngày mình về thì lại phát hiện ra M Hotel còn có 2 cơ sở khác nữa là M Resort và M Village. Bác tài chở mình lần lượt đến từng khu để đón khách cùng ra sân bây, do ngồi trên xe không xuống được nên không quan sát được nhiều nhưng tổng quan thì rất nhiều cây xanh, mát mẻ, có cả cối xoay gió to đằng trước nữa. Mình rất highly recommends cho mọi người lựa chọn M Hotel nha. Có cơ hội lần sau mình sẽ tham khảo 2 khu còn lại của M Hotel để trải nghiệm nữa. Cảm ơn M Hotel đã mang đến cho mình những trải nghiệm tuyệt vời . Hẹn gặp lại các bạn vào một ngày gần nhất

Phòng đẹp thuận tiện trung tâm đi lại

The room I paid for 5million dong. The moment I stepped in feels like 2 star hotel standard and doesn’t look like photo shown in the website. Bed is hard. Sofa and other furniture looks low cost. The lobby and the cleanliness are just not value for money. There are so many good hotels in phuquoc with excellent service, but not this, never come back and made my holiday a total disappointment

DO NOT BOOK at all! Worst hotel ever in terms of their “POLICY” If I can give negative stars I would. Staff is always following the manager call. Basically it’s talking to a robot My phone is dead and she insist of taking photo of my credit card to verify the details before giving the key card to me after a long day. No means no. She told me to surrender my passport first till I let her take photo of my credit and then she will give me the room key card. Hold customer passport as a HOSTAGE. What on earth is this hotel doing . In the end have to ask her to charge my phone at the counter . Show her. And she have to take a picture of my credit card. Another guy mentioned that it’s for SECURITY reason that they have to take a photo of my credit card base on POLICY again. Luckily mine just show the last 4 digit. But it’s a SECURITY CONCERN if it’s a physical credit card with all the numbers shown. Bottom line through my experience it’s not customer first but their SOP and policy first. Secondly I’ve booked the hotel at 12am and there’s a system glitch on the booking website which cause us to book the previous days date. Called in the hotel . Same old reason. It’s a policy. Cannot change: Next month morning went to the hotel Told us to UPGRADE to the next tier and paid 1.5m which initially I’ve paid 4m for the room. For god sake. With this kind of money . I could stay in a more luxurious hotel elsewhere in Phu quoc. RIDICULOUS. This HOTEL spoil the last day in Phu quoc Factual issues with the rooms Rooms were dirty with mould in the shower . Toilet basin were full of stained. There’s no ventilation. Toilet bowl and shower in the SAME cubicle with basin outside. Yellowish towels as well provided . Guess what only provide 1 towel in my room. Their PREMIUM VIEW shown in the picture . Lastly for your own sanity Pls choose another hotel . I would like to warn other tourist not to book here AT ALL COST.

Impressed with the hotel — clean, beautifully designed, and with a fantastic sea view right from the room and breakfast lounge. Special thanks to Julie and the management for surprising us with a birthday cake that we never even asked for. Such a thoughtful touch! We really enjoyed our stay.

Khách sạn có vị trí cực kỳ đắc địa ngay trung tâm, đi lại hay ghé các điểm ăn uống đều thuận tiện. Phòng nghỉ hiện đại, thiết kế tinh tế và rất sạch sẽ. Đặc biệt View biển ngắm hoàng hôn siêu đẹp, hồ bơi vô cực chill cực kỳ. Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp. Rất đáng tiền, lần sau quay lại Phú Quốc chắc chắn sẽ tiếp tục chọn M Hotel!

Mình có chuyến công tác và may mắn tìm đc chổ nghĩ ngơi tại đây , gần trung tâm , phòng đẹp và dịch vụ tốt nhân viên rất dễ thương và hỗ trợ rất nhiều . Chắc chắn tui sẽ quay lại đây tháng tới

부티크 호텔 느낌이였구요 직원들이 친절했습니다.수영장이 생각했던것보다 작았지만 그늘이 있어서 좋았어요 . 방은 스위트라 크고 괜찮았는데 구석구석 먼지는 좀 있었어요. 조식에서 주문할수있는 오믈렛, 소고기쌀국수 3일동안 잘 먹었구요~ 야시장은 5분컷으로 근처에 맛사지 샵이 많아서 좋았습니디.

신랑이랑 하루가성비로 예약한건데 와 다음에올땐 여기로 5박잡자 했음 맛집 마사지 다가깝고 일단 리셉션 여자분이 너무너무 친절했고 방깔끔 에어컨빵빵 수영장 ..사실 빈홀리보다 여기가 더 그립네요

The receptionist was friendly and he was patient to explain the amenities of the hotel. The location of the hotel is good also as there are lots of eatery and spa around. It’s near to the airport as well with free airport pick up and drop off, just need to reserve a day in advance. The view from the room was spectacular!

I had a pleasure to stay here for 3 days. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There was not any extra fees to use sodas, water, and other stuffs available in the room. The view was incredible. However, the people made this experience incredible. Thanh, Thao, and Binh went above and beyond in assisting us during our stay to ensure we had the best and most convenient experience as possible. They were kind and genuine. Definitely would recommend.

位置佳，夜市步行大概8分鐘。街上有無數的按摩店＆洗衣店。游泳池非常美，常駐救生員非常棒。工作人員都很友善。是一間小而美的旅店。早餐可以自助也可以點套餐，非常有誠意。我們之後住了另一間四星級飯店，但我們更喜歡M Hotel

前台員工友善，會幫忙拿行李上房間。設施完善，泳池對著海灘風景很好。早餐也不錯，空調夠冷，在富國島也算是難能可貴了。房門外有水機，很方便，也有免費的飲料提供。

Just got back from Phu Quoc and honestly, staying at M Hotel made the trip even better 💙The location is also super convenient! Close to restaurants, night market and LUA Spa etc., making it easy to explore the island without spending too much time on transportation.The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was definitely one of my favorite spots in the hotel.Would I stay here again? Absolutely. If you’re looking for a hotel with a beautiful sea view, great location, and a relaxing vibe in Phu Quoc, M Hotel is definitely worth considering ✈️🌴

Good place to stay. We stayed in a La Petite room so as expected it was small. Clean and relatively comfortable. The strong ocean winds can make the room noisy. Located near the night market but away from the main street bars and restaurants. Good selection for included breakfast. Great service with a smile.

The Hotel room is very spacious and clean. Some power point socket need to check in my room.

공항에서도 가깝고 걸어서 쯔엉동 야시장 갈수있는거리~바닷가도 가깝고 여기저기 가기 편해요~바다뷰로 조식가능~늦게 도착하고 여행일정이 잡혀있어 가성비로 결정한곳~그래서 제기준 방이 좀 작은게 아쉽지만 깨끗하고 친절해요~^^

I booked because the reviews were so high, and i regret it! The hotel is so hot, they never turn the AC’s not in reception, or in the restaurant. The room is so hot! I couldn’t sleep till they provided us with a fan. I regret the money paid & i might checkout early. I don’t recommend the hotel at all. Staff are nice tho

2025年末に宿泊 前半を北部の静かな所に泊まり 後半は市内の賑やかな場所を選択。 前半のホテルの食事に飽きていたので 食事の選択肢が増えて良かった。 ビーチでのんびりとはいかないホテルだった けど窓からは遮るものなく海が広がっていて 良かった。 夜は市内なのとビーチで爆音が鳴り響き うるさかったけど仕方ないかな。 ただカーテンがめちゃくちゃ埃がすごくて 全く掃除した気配はなかったのと シャワーブースと浴槽はんーという感じ。 朝食は薄暗い中で食べなくてはいけなく 微妙だった。 市内にいるときはツアーに出たりで ホテルには殆どいなかったので良かったです。

八天七夜都在這邊，舒服的頂樓房，記得訂浴缸在室內的，櫃檯也不太會催退房😆
