Lotus Airport Hotel

We were just in town for a few nights and needed a place to stay at by the airport. This place was great. Inexpensive but yet so nice. Very nice finishes and very classy. Clean comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Incredible multi head shower with good hot water. A/C. They also sold cold drinks in the lobby plus there's a great coffee shop next door. Friendly staff too! We had a wonderful stay there.

I stayed with Lotus Aiport Hotel in Saigon for my flight the next day and it was a pleasant stay! The roomy is clean and spacious for the price. Many thanks to Huy for arranging my airport pick up and drop off. He is very kind and attentive! I felt safe as a solo traveller. I will come back for sure🌟☺️🙏🏼🇻🇳

Actually stayed here twice. Once at the beginning, and once at the end of my Vietnam/Asia trip. Lotus Airport Saigon was great - was perfect after a 15 hour flight from USA. The room was comfy, modern, AC worked great, bed was big and comfy (if you like a firm mattress). The service at the counter was awesome always, at all times of the day. I think I got there at 430am and they were there ready to go. Adore the cafe next door and all the great local street food. Cheap Grab anywhere in the city. Would/will totally stay at Lotus Airport Hotel Saigon again next time I arrive...

Perfect choice for an airport layover! We stayed for one night and loved the location right next to the airport. Even though we arrived late, the staff messaged us via WhatsApp ahead of time and picked us up at 1 AM for a small $5 fee. They helped with our suitcases, and check-in was a breeze. The room was quiet with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Bonus: there are plenty of street foods and coffee shops within walking distance.

Ich habe hier eine Nacht zwischen zwei Flügen übernachtet. Ich bin vom Flughafen in ca 15 Gehminuten zu Fuss hierher gegangen. Zugegeben, der Fußweg war etwas abenteuerlich. Zurück zum Flughafen ging es daher für 50 K VND mit Grab. Der check-in ging schnell. Das Personal war freundlich. Ich war zum ersten Mal in dieser Gegend. In der Umgebung gibt es viele authentische Restaurants und Cafés und auch einige GS25, Cirkle K und andere Convenience Shops. Insofern kann man hier einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen, ohne ins Zentrum fahren zu müssen. Das Hotel selbst liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Hauptstrasse. Man muss daher damit rechnen, im Zimmer Straßenlärm zu hören. Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer, das nur ein kleines Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht hatte. Dies ist ungewohnt, war aber für eine Nacht ok. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, mit viel Ablagemöglichkeit und Platz für den Koffer. Es gab kostenloses Wasser, Kaffee und Tee. Zudem befanden sich im Bad verschiedene Amenities. Das Zimmer und auch das kleine Bad waren (selbst nach westlichem Standard) sehr sauber (bis auf Schimmelspuren in der Silikonverfugung im Bad, was aber in dieser feuchten Umgebung normal ist). Auch die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren fleckenfrei. Im Zimmer waren ausreichend gute Steckdosen vorhanden. Witzig fand ich die Regendusche mit elektronischer Temperatur- und Wasserverbrauchsanzeige. Für eine Nacht kann man gerne hier bleiben. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut.

They gave us the room room. The room I paid for was triple size of the one we get. With a small kid I specifically booked a big room. At the end we had to take what we can get. Disappointing. It made me feel like a fool. Never again.

Mình bay từ nhật về mùng 2 tết, không có chuyến về quê trong ngày nên đành ở lại 1 đêm. Mình rất bất ngờ vì độ sạch sẽ của khách sạn, nhân viên rất dễ thương, thân thiện nhiệt tình, xung quanh còn có quán bán đồ ăn xuyên đêm. Còn có taxi đón tận sân bay, tài xế cũng dễ thương nữa. Tuyệt vời 10 điểm nha. Lần sau mình về quê hay quay lại nhật mình cũng sẽ ưu tiên khách sạn này đầu tiên ❤️

Clean, not too many rooms as to make it noisy (indoors anyway, noisy neighbors across the street is another issue), and I appreciated a proper, firm Asian mattress.

As most hotels in Ho-Chi-Minh noisy and loud all the time. The rooms are equipped with thin glass and walls that do not isolate sound well. Some hotel guest are loud at night. Having a sign to tell such careless ****** to stay quiet would solve this problem. Also make sure to have a set of earplugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.Nevertheless, It's 15 minutes walking far from the airport terminal and offers great value for money.

因為只睡4個小時就要起床去機場，所以選擇了機場附近的酒店。這樣的價錢算是性價比高，衛生環境可以接受。

Phòng nhỏ nhưng sạch. Đầy đủ ấm nước, máy sấy tóc. Gần sân bay. 500k đêm được hỗ trợ ở tới 13h. Bạn lễ tân nam ca đêm làm dịch vụ rất tốt, mình gọi đặt phòng, xe vừa tới bạn đã ra mang giúp vali vào. Thái độ của bạn niềm nở vui vẻ. Bạn lễ tân ca ngày cũng rất dễ thương. Nói chung mình đánh giá cao lễ tân của ks. Lần sau chắc chắn mình sẽ tiếp tục ở ks này.

Good: The service staff is very helpful and friendly Near to international airport (T2) Lots of Food & Coffee stores surrounding the area Room is very new and clean A little bit noisy due to the hotel is next to the main road (but it didn't wake me up as the noise level is very low in the room) Bad: No slope to lobby, so need staff's assistance to carry your luggage (if you have) from outside to the lobby area. Lucky got lift inside the hotel to access your room. Overall: I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel

It's a basic place, but it's clean. They're very helpful. I asked if they could do my small load of laundry which they accommodated me which was nice. Lots of local places to in the area. If you let them know ahead of time they will arrange to have a car pick you up @ the airport.

訂房時看了評論，感覺評論還可以，結果實際到現場，房間跟訂房時顯示的照片完全不一樣，大廳、走廊、房間都有很奇怪的味道！ 要不是隔天是早班飛機，而我們又很晚抵達，真的很想當下馬上取消去別的地方住，奇怪的味道真的太噁心了，同一個房源顯示的照片有兩種房間，給的是最差的那種！ 一進門不可思議怎麼會有這種房間⋯ 地板也不敢踩下腳，而且沒有對外窗，照片中的窗戶是假的！想想算了待不到幾個小時就離開了，如果你還沒訂房，真的不要訂！ 而且這個地點不管叫幾次grab都會被取消，不管是從機場過去還是去機場，最後我們是自己走路到機場的！路很難走，行李很難推，路上車又很多！

We arrived very late but were greeted by a cheerful clerk. The room was very clean and quiet enough to get some sleep before our next flight. There are a few restaurants open late at night and we grabbed a coffee and Banh mi right outside the hotel for our onwards journey. Since it’s a 5 minute drive from the airport, we would definitely stay here again next time!

Staff at night shift was very friendly. The room was clean but they don’t separate shower area. So when we take a shower, all area will wet as a picture. Bed was a little bit hard.however compare to the price and near to airport so it’s ok.

We stay at room L001, have bedbugs!! Me and my bf got bitten a lot just one night. Hotel: please do pest control and cleaning!

Tôi nhận phòng lúc 12h trưa, nhưng vì có việc nên phải trả phòng lúc 16h15 (lưu trú tầm khoảng 4 tiếng 15 phút) nhưng quản lý bảo theo quy định là khoing trừ phần trăm gì cả buộc khách hàng chấp nhận mất tiền 750.000 tiền phòng. Cá nhân Tôi thấy cách giải quyết này là không thoả đáng. Nên mọi người cần tìm hiểu kỹ trước khi lưu trú ở đây. Xin nói thêm về cách trả lời của phía KS là không đúng thực tế câu chuyện, vì ngày 11/6 sau khi báo giá 1.500.000 đồng cho thồi gian lưu trú hai ngày từ 12giờ trưa 13/6 đến 12giờ trưa 15/6 (phòng 2 giường) và yêu cầu phai đặt cọc giữ phòng là 800.000đ. Nhưng Tôi đã không chuyển tiền đặt cọc cho phía KS, vì vậy không có việc KS giữ phòng cho Tôi. Đến 12h trưa ngày 14/6 Tôi có qua lấy mọt phòng và thanh toán tiền tại chỗ khi nhận phòng chứ không có việc đặt giữ chỗ trước. Trong khi đó khi trả phòng Tôi có yeu cầu trừ phần trăm tiền phòng thì. Nhân viên có gọi cho quản lý xin ý kiến sau dó trả lời Tôi là sẽ tính 50% và sẽ chuyển trả lại sau vài ngày nữa và Tôi không đòng ý, sau đó nhân viên này gọi lại cho quản lý và thông báo lại cho Tôi là theo quy định của KS là sẽ không hoàn lại 1% nào cho khách hàng trong trường hợp này với lý do là Tôi đã đặt phòng giữ chỗ trước đó. Việc giải quyết câu chuyện này từ phía KS là bất nhất khiến Tôi thấy có vấn đề và không thoã đáng.

Nhân viên nhẹ nhàng, ks rất gần sân bay, có thể đi bộ tuy nhiên nếu kéo theo vali thì hơi mệt, có dịch vụ taxi sân bay 100k/chiều

The bed takes 80% of the room but the bathroom is modern and very clean. Great location you still need to call Grab to get to the airport. Friendly and polite service. Highly recommended!
