У нас был замечательный отдых в этом отеле, и я его очень рекомендую! Номера и общие зоны были безупречно чистыми — всё выглядело свежевымытым и хорошо ухоженным. Персонал был исключительно приветливым и радушным с самого момента нашего приезда; они старались изо всех сил помочь с любыми просьбами и создали ощущение, будто мы дома. Завтраки были просто восхитительными! Каждый день большой выбор свежих блюд, всё идеально приготовлено и очень вкусно. Это определённо стало одним из главных плюсов нашего пребывания. В целом, отличный опыт благодаря чистоте, внимательному персоналу и потрясающим завтракам. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова!

Wir hatten ein kleines schönes Zimmer, Klimaanlage war sehr sehr gut! Diese ist auch sehr wichtig, da es im August sehr schwül ist in Vietnam. Leider sag man aus dem Fenster nur eine Beton wand und die Dusche ließ sich nicht warm werden trotz dem Schalter, allerdings hatte das Hotel eine top Lage mit top Massage Saloons aus der Gegend und gute Café s und Essensständen Das Personal war extrem nett, hat auch jeden Wunsch erfüllt :-)

We stayed in three places in hanoi and this was definitely our favourite! It's just very prettily designed, including the lobby and the room. It felt quite luxurious, and, importantly we found the front desk staff friendly (not everyone in hanoi is). It's also in a cute spot with lots of narrow, busy walking streets which is fun. We stayed the night before our flight home, which was the next evening. They were super kind to let us shower before our flight, even though we had checked out hours before. This was so nice as hanoi was very hot and an international flight when you are stinky is pretty bad! Thanks so much!

Stayed here while filming for Crash Course Hotels. Favorite feature: The location. Short walk to Hanoi Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake, in the heart of the historic area — and at around $40 a night with breakfast included, the value is hard to beat. Amenities: Gym: No Pool: No Breakfast: Yes (included — buffet plus made-to-order eggs and beef pho) Balcony: Yes (off the breakfast area) Minibar: Yes Microwave: Yes Safe: Yes Robes: Yes Slippers: Yes Room is on the smaller side but packs in more than you'd expect — hot water maker, tea and coffee, robes, slippers, safe, mini iron and ironing board, minibar, microwave, and a hot plate. Bathroom is compact but functional. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the price — made-to-order eggs and beef pho alongside a small buffet spread. Mình đã ở khách sạn này hơn 10 ngày, mình đã chọn đúng khách sạn theo tiêu chí sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh và giá cả phải chăng, mình rất hài lòng về thái độ phục vụ nhiệt tình, thân thiện, chu đáo từ nhân viên lễ tân đến nhân viên dọn phòng, quản lý ở đây!

Vị trí khá thuận lợi để bạn có thể đi những nơi tham quan đậm chất Hà Nội, đi bộ đến từng nơi k quá xa, khá yên tĩnh vào buổi tối dù trc hẻm là quán xá khá đông. Nhân viên luôn niềm nở, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ mình

Khách sạn vị trí thuận tiện di chuyển, rất tiện nghi, rất sạch sẽ và yên tĩnh. Nhân viên dễ thương. Tôi đánh giá sự tiện nghi và sạch sẽ là 5 sao nhé. Chắc chắn gia đình tôi sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp ra Hà Nội.

A terrible experience. We were woken up early by noise coming from the ceiling, which was their dining area. We were exhausted after a long journey. I tried to reassure myself that it would be okay, but when I used the bathroom, it was awful. The water smelled terrible, the tap was very slow but the pressure was too strong. It was awful. There was no phone to call for help. When I got to the reception desk, it was too busy with other customers, and their manager was asleep in a chair. I am truly disappointed and will never return to this place.

This hotel was one of our favourites in Vietnam. Really affordable but luxurious rooms with big windows. 70 m from the Cathedral. I had a ‘king’ room for just a little more. Down a little alleyway (so you need to go to the street to get a car) but perfect service, linens, staff etc. no pool or bar but better rooms than our friends had at Anatole hotel for 1/4 of the price. The Bun Cha next door is yummy as is the Omamori massage 30 m away… a massage shop that employs blind people for good wages rather than them having relying on tipping. (Omamori have a no tip policy).

Great new hotel. Very comfortable. Well located. Quiet. The staff is not very much into organising tickets and helping travellers, but there are good agencies very close by. Nice breakfast buffet. If you sleep late avoid 6th floor as you might have noise from the breakfast above. Breakfast starts at 6.30, which is convenient if you leave early to travel.

L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique et idéalement situé. Le personnel est vraiment gentil, serviable et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons été très bien accueillis tout au long de notre séjour et n’avons jamais eu le moindre problème. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, copieux, à volonté et propose un large choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Le jour de notre départ, notre vol étant tardif, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la réception sans aucune difficulté. J’ai même oublié mon téléphone sur place, et l’équipe l’a soigneusement conservé près de son bureau jusqu’à ce que je le récupère. Leur honnêteté et leur bienveillance méritent d’être soulignées. L’établissement est très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Le ménage est effectué régulièrement et rien ne manque. Certaines chambres disposent même d’une petite cuisine équipée avec réfrigérateur et machine à laver, ce qui est très pratique pour les longs séjours. Que vous voyagiez seul, en couple, entre amis ou en famille, je recommande sincèrement cet hôtel. J’y retournerais sans hésiter;)

Best hotel we have stayed at in Hanoi. We were upgraded to the massive suite free of charge for 3x nights! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for great food and shopping. The only reason we didn’t stay longer is because they had no rooms available. I would stay here 100% the next time I visit Hanoi.

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Location sits away from busy area, still gets local vibes nearby. Room was extremely comfortable, especially bed, many amenities provided. Rooftop Buffet breakfast has a good variety of foods and nice ambiance seeing parts of Old Quarter from rooftop. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Jade hotel for 8 nights and would definitely recommend. The staff are very attentive, breakfast is tasty and location is great, less than 5 min walk into the lively old town. We will stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi

Walked in on a whim because we need a ground floor room for a friend with a broken leg. The staff was really kind and got us a room right away and made sure we had everything we needed. It really felt like our home here in Hanoi. Thank you so much for everything!

The location is very close to Ly Quoc Su Street, a busy and lively area, even though the hotel location is a bit inside, it cannot be reached by car, you have to walk. Another plus point is that Hanoi Cathedral is only a 10-minute walk. Hoan Kim Lake is also close. Easy to get in and out. The room is clean, all the room equipment is complete, only extra head pillows are not provided. The special thing is that the hotel staff is very helpful & friendly, my husband left his jacket behind and they helped to send it. Thank you so much

Perfect hotel. Great location. Small alleyway but totally safe and alive all night. Everything is walkable. Lovely staff. Breakfast was given. Maybe they can add some more vegetarian options. Also we had issue with shower but they fixed it. Rooms are small but sufficient. There is a washing machine in room which is good. You can buy washing powder from shops in street. There are many laundry and dryers as well. Overall very good stay.

The air conditioning isn't too cold because it's environmentally friendly and cares about the planet. Nơi này mới, sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Đây là nơi tôi thích nhất trong ba nơi tôi đã đến thăm hôm qua. Máy điều hòa không khí không quá lạnh vì thân thiện với môi trường và quan tâm đến hành tinh.

Close to many restaurants, massage, nail salons, etc. Located down a side alleyway off another alley, off of the main road. But is worth it. Nice and quiet!

The only good thing about this place is the location and maybe breakfast. Staff were mostly rude and unfriendly. Room was pretty old and dirty in many places. The bathroom design was poor. I drank soured milk on my last day. The windows open up to a concrete wall. The fridge was filled with “bar items” with little space for us to put our own stuff. There was a cooking space and washing machine but no detergent or dishwashing liquid provided. Not worth what we paid for.

Отличное местоположение на довольно тихой улице, рядом со старым городом, вокруг множество кафе, напротив есть круглосуточная прачечная. Просторная и чистая комната, светлая, с большими окнами. Свежее постельное белье и полотенца, хорошая ванная комната. Надо заметить, что горячая вода в душе включается отдельной кнопкой под пультом управления кондиционером, не зная этого в первый раз мылся под холодной водой. Вкусный завтрак, подают уже с 6.30 утра. Слабая шумоизоляция, было хорошо слышно соседей.

Tổng quan thì khách sạn mới, ok, có bao gồm bữa ăn sáng khá ổn. Vị trí ngay gần trung tâm phố nhà thờ nên thuận tiện đi lại. Tuy nhiên điểm trừ quá lớn là không thể chỉnh máy lạnh phòng mình. Theo như lời lễ tân thì máy lạnh của phòng mình sẽ phụ thuộc vào 1 phòng khác. Tức là nếu phòng đó bật chế độ Heat thì phòng mình sẽ không bật Cool được??? Vì vấn đề này mà mặc dù khá thích nội thất phòng nhưng nếu để đặt lần sau thì còn phải xem lại

Khách sạn trong khu phố cổ, trong ngõ nên khá yên tĩnh nhưng bước vài bước là ra khu sầm uất. Chất lượng phòng rất tốt, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Mình bị quên đồ ở khách sạn về tới nhà mới nhớ, liên hệ khách sạn tìm lại được và ship về cho mình.

Au cœur du vieux quartier il est possible de découvrir à pieds toutes les rues commerçantes. Entièrement rénovées, les chambres et salles de bain sont accueillantes. Petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel très sympathique. Pour notre troisième séjour nous avions une chambre avec cuisine et salon, c'est vraiment le confort dans le luxe.

This is a review for the ACE hostel downstairs of the hotel (in the ground floor), for which you can't find a location in Google maps (up until now at least). The hostel got what you need as a minimum for a night: bed in a capsule that has power outlets, dimmer light, curtain, towel, big lockers (you've got ask for a lock), and clean shower. The hostel also has two washing machines and two drivers and the staff, if you pay a fee, can do your laundry too. The location of the hostel is suuuuper convenient. For someone that doesn't know Hanoi, at first the street looked crazy disorganized and I feared lots of noise. But fortunately, I was mistaken. On the flip side, the mattresses are super hard! A friend had to upgrade to a hotel room upstairs due to back pain. I've been so tired to care as much tbh. But the mattresses are certainly lowering my assessment of the place. They are also missing some towel hangers in front of the capsule or something like that. I got to know a friend there and had company for the few days in the city, which was awesome.

Excellent staff service, from the hotel manager to his front desk staff especially Quynh anh Linh, Housekeeping staff to FB staff, all attentive and friendly. Clean rooms. Little sufficient good breakfast, I like Pho beef noodles the most. Location is right in the acts yet quiet. Highly recommend!

During the first night the hotel had a water issue and informed us about it an hour before we supposed to check in. They said we can stay in the other hotel with higher standard and they will reimburse us for the difference. The other hotel was awful, room was small with tiny bathroom, definitely with standard two levels down. In addition we were charged for this night slightly more by Jade hotel without any reimbursement or even saying sorry. Except for that hotel, rooms and breakfast are nice. Neighborhood is rather noisy in the weekends and due to not properly sealed windows you can hear and smell everything from outside.

Perfect location and the best service I ever had, the young lady from the reception who’s very friendly really helped me planed my journey from Ha Long to Hà Nội to catch my train for the next stop. Would recommend this spot for travel staying.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ Absolute Empfehlung – außergewöhnlicher Service insbesondere der Rezeption! Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Jade Boutique Hotel Hanoi. Das gesamte Personal hatte immer ein Lächeln parat, ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – echter Service auf höchstem Niveau. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Unterstützung bei der Organisation einer Ha Long Bay Bootstour. Obwohl meine Wunsch-Tour (3 Tage / 2 Nächte) leider bereits ausgebucht war und ich letztlich woanders gebucht habe, ließ mich das Hotel nicht einfach allein. Als ich später die WhatsApp-Nummer der Touragentur verloren hatte, hat mir das Team trotz meiner bereits erfolgten Abreise weitergeholfen – ich war zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon in Ninh Binh in einem anderen Hotel. Das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie ernst Gastfreundschaft hier genommen wird. Die Lage ist perfekt: sehr zentral in der Altstadt, aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig und sehr gepflegt – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem trubeligen Tag in Hanoi. Morgens zum Frühstück gab’s einen sehr leckeren Kaffee, Brötchen, Toast oder Vietnamesisches Essen (Suppe etc.) Fazit: m.E. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wer Wert auf Herzlichkeit, Service und eine tolle Lage legt, ist hier genau richtig. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! -> nur ein kleiner Nachteil den ich erwähnen muss, die Seitenstraße ist so eng das kein Taxi durchkommt. Man muss die Koffer/Tasche etwa 50m tragen. Im Hotel gibt’s dann einen Aufzug. An der Eingangstreppe wird einem mit dem Koffer/Tasche geholfen.

This is the third time I stayed in hanoi but this was also the hotel I liked the least of all. We stayed in room 6.2. but the room was small, some parts were not clean, and the pressure of the showers didn‘t work well for us despite telling the reception the problem. Our room didn‘t have any natural lights and it was the smallest room I ever had in hanoi, too. There are better options close by. Positive notes, location is very central, staff at breakfast and breakfast itself was good, but I wouldn‘t stay there again overall.

Great stay at the hotel. Nice room, great location, lots of local restaurants nearby, and no traffic noise at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth it.

Quá tốt, không chỗ nào chê, nhân viên từ buồng phòng đến lễ tân đều rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, chị lễ tân lúc nào mình ra vào cũng hello chào mình rất là thân thiện, cả anh phụ mình xác đồ vào nữa. Vị trí ngay trung tâm vài bước ra đến nhà thờ, các bạn có ăn bún chả thì ăn cái quán cạnh khách sạn luôn, khá ngon đấy. Phòng cách âm khá tốt, rất sạch sẽ nên giá phòng như vậy là quá hợp lý.

Staff very welcoming and arranging! Rooms very clean and building all branded new. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice as a buffet and homemade yoghurts.

The bed is good but the temperature and the water pressure of the shower is weak.

Jest zdecydowanie tak samo jak na zdjęciach opublikowanych na booking.com. Personel usmiechniety i bardzo dobre śniadania! Lekko schowany ale w samym centrum - nie słychać tego miejskiego zgiełku, klaksonów itp! W pokoju jest klimatyzacja.

Excellent location and great value for money. The rooms are well presented and maintained. Linh was a great resource for us and helpful with anything we needed.

This place is wonderful. The room is beautiful and the street is quiet. Didn’t hear a thing while I was sleeping. Staff is really kind and they worked with us and picking up from the airport at 1:30 AM for only US$15. It’s also near the beautiful cathedral and close to the lake and the festivities of the old quarter. But also tucked away so you’re not stepping out into chaos. Highly recommend. Laundry service offered for very reasonable price too!

מלון מקסים! הצוות היה מקסים עזרו במה שצריך בנוסף הסכימו לשמור לנו בחינם על 2 מזוודות גדולות ל20 ימים עד שנחזור. החדרים נקיים ומסודרים. ממוקם ממש במרכז ועדין היה שקט מאוד. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר היה טעים והצוות מתוקים ממש.

Me quedé en este hotel pequeñito que no puede estar en mejor ubicación , todo te queda a mano . Las habitaciones super limpias , si querías te la limpiaban todos los días … el colchón … hacía tiempo q no dormía tan bien . Y un aplauso para todo el staff por q son super familiares y profesionales y se preocupan por ti , que pena que esto ya no pase ene España

Perfectly placed in Old Hanoi, you’re just steps from the real energy—bún chả sizzling on the curb, tucked-away authentic Vietnamese cà phê spots, and snack loops that don’t need a Grab! The room is spotless, well-lit, and carefully designed. Big windows, extra large bed, spa-like bathroom, and a clean kitchenette fully equipped. Every detail feels curated and Hanoian. As I usually travel for business, I don't often stay in boutique hotels but I am glad I did : greeted with a warm welcome, Jade offers convenience, quiet luxury, and instant access to Hanoi’s best bites at a great value.
