住着挺舒服，位置不错，员工也热情，性价比高。就是部分房间设施有点旧，水压小，毛巾有烟味，希望改进下卫生细节就更好了。

In this hotel, I had the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It's not a big hotel, though there is a 9-storey building. The hotel only rents 2 storeys in an office building, and there is a restaurant and bar at the top, which means it is not an independent hotel with a private space. I booked 3 nights here. At first, everything was ok. The room was very clean, and the configurations were excellent. I had free breakfast at the restaurant, it was so delicious that I couldn't stop! Nevertheless, something happened in the following days. I think the hotel forgot to inform the restaurant so that the restaurant simply didn't prepare breakfast. At first they just said that they didn't serve breakfast today until we showed our breakfast coupon. In order satisfy their guest, they said they have beef pho and fried egg sandwich this morning and pretended to be serious and innocent. They will do and serve nothing unless you ask them, such as tissues and drinks. Besides, the hallway between the lift and restaurant was so dirty, there was dust on the floor, and things piled on corner shelves were disordered. There was many red ants in our room everywhere. I saw at least 12 ants on the desk as I just sat there for 5 minutes. When we came back in the afternoon, the room floor was just mopped because it still looks wet at 15:30. And they didn't give us the scheduled mineral water and tea. When we went to sleep, we could still hear somebody singing in the bar clearly. The sound insulation of the window glass didn't work very well. On the last morning, it was totally a mess. The restaurant didn't prepare breakfast for their guests either, so I had to eat pho continuously. This time, everything was missing: tissue, drink, and about 1/3 of the pho. There were two main reasons: The hotel didn't communicate and coordinate with the restaurant well. And there were few guests in those days. I hope the hotel can improve quickly, and I strongly do not recommend anyone to stay there.

Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, phòng rộng view đẹp, có tủ lạnh bếp nhưng k có nồi và dụng cụ ăn uống Tivi không coi được, treo cho có thôi Không hiểu sao sàn nhà rất bụi không thể đi chân đất trong phòng được, mình có gọi lau sàn rồi mà không hiểu sao lau xong vẫn bụi Toilet dọn sạch sẽ

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm Thủ đô Hà Nội, giá cả cực kỳ phải chăng, các bạn nhân viên cực kỳ nhiệt tình, niềm nở (bạn Thắm). Có quả thang máy bằng kính rất đẹp. Giá dịch vụ đã hợp lý lại còn bao gồm ăn sáng, nước uống. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. hôm mình tới ở 2 ngày trong căn 2 giường ngủ. Hết ngày thì nhân viên tới dọn dẹp phòng. Xung quanh khách sạn có rất nhiều tiện ích ăn uống từ bình dân tới cao cấp; vui chơi, tham quan trong vòng bán kính khoảng 1km mà mình có thể đi bộ như: Văn Miếu, Lăng Bác Hồ, Hoàng thành Thăng Long, Hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Mình ở Lâm Đồng ra trúng đợt nắng nóng, nhưng vào phòng thì mát lạnh, máy lạnh chạy phà phà (khoản này cũng rất ưng, vì mỗi lần đến nơi khác mà cần ks thì mình ưu tiên đầu tiên là máy lạnh phải lạnh, do người mình hơi phì nhiêu nên ko chịu dc nóng). Tóm lại 1 chiếc khách sạn cực kỳ ưng ý (giá cả, vị trí, ...). Có dịp quay lại Hà Nội nhất định sẽ quay lại ks này và giới thiệu cho bạn bè biết

Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, gần lăng Bác, Văn Miếu, Hoàng Thành Thăng Long, Hồ Hoàn Kiếm mà giá cả lại rất phải chăng. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát. Thang máy nhanh, sát bên có KFC, hàng quá nhiều. Nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Nói chung là 10đ không có nhưng. Sẽ quay lại khi đến HN và sẵn sàng giới thiệu cho mọi người đến đây ở.

I had a great stay at ivy luxury hotel and apartment . Great staff services especially, Ms. Tham at the reception. Looking forward to visit again in the future. Highly recommended. 😃

I just thought they could’ve adjusted the cooking area a little like close to the entrance. Although I get why they placed it near the tables for convenience, it still felt a bit odd having a divider beside the TV then there’s the kitchen right next to it 😅 Maybe the interior designer knew better though lol They could’ve mounted the TV on the wall. Although to be fair, we didn’t even turn it on during our entire stay since we were out exploring most of the time anyway.

The room was dirty and old, and the bed was uncomfortable. Construction work in the hotel started early in the morning - how is anyone supposed to rest and sleep with that noise?

The location was perfect for us. Unfortunately we did not got a breakfast buffet allthough we paid for it and they had no coffe etc. which was a bit disappointing. Still nice rooms and location very very good for the price.

여태 다니던 호텔 중 최악입니다. 들어가자마자 앞에 공사로 지저분하고 아파트먼트라 그릇하나 없는 아파트먼트구요. 모텔 그것도 딱 한국에서 잠만 자는 모텔과 다를바가 없습니다. 구시가지랑 좀 떨어져 있어서 이동도 그리 편리하지 않구요. 시설 구려요... 화장실 문짝이 서로 맞물려 있어서 욕실 문닫으면 화장실 이용이 어려워요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 욕실문 삐걱대서 문 여닫을때마다....문짝 떨어질꺼 같아서 반은 열어 놓고 씻었답니다. 그리고 물도 잘 안내려가요. 더더욱 조식을 먹으러 6시 50분에 내려갔는데 헐......무슨 청소업체 밥 먹여주는 그런곳같아서ㅜ식당이 아닌지 알고 그냥 내려가려다가, 들어갔는데... 6시 30분부터라 50분에 갔거든요.....달걀 4개랑, 요플레 4개 요렇게만 있더라구요 허허, 기가 막히고 코가 막혀서,,,,, 담날부터 먹는거 포기하고 맛집 쌀국수 돈내고 먹으러 다녔네여......그냥 가지마세요.

The hotel was clean and had a great location, making it convenient for getting around. However, the service was only average, the amenities were limited, and the food did not meet expectations.

Cozy place to stay.

I stayed here for two nights and found the experience quite comfortable. The room had a light, pleasant scent when I walked in, which made it feel fresh. The bed was supportive and easy to sleep on. At night, the area was quiet enough to rest well. Staff were polite and helpful when needed. There are also several food spots nearby, so it was convenient

Thấy ks bị đánh giá xấu cũng lo lo, đặt thử thì thấy cũng không tệ đến vậy, nhân viên rất thân thiện, phòng hơi cũ nhưng so với mức giá và vị trí thì mình thấy oke, khá chỉnh chu, nếu được mình mong khách sạn sẽ được cải tạo lại thì là hoàn hảo, còn lại mọi thứ oke bữa sáng cũng ổn, món phở của khách sạn 10/10

Total scam! We booked a “Deluxe Studio with city view,” but the reality was nothing like the photos shown. It’s clearly misleading. The room was far below the advertised standard, which is unacceptable given that the price was similar to other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, all of which were much better. The finishing details are absolutely baffling. There was a random ruler left in the wardrobe for some unknown reason, and the hanging rods were literally made from thin wire… It all feels improvised and far below any acceptable standard. We are especially disappointed since this was the last night of our honeymoon… and unfortunately the worst stay of our entire trip. Don’t trust the photos or overly fake positive reviews!

L’hôtel est extrêmement vétuste, odeur nauséabonde dans les chambres. sale. Nous avons changé de chambre, le lavabo de la salle de bain fuyait. Sur les 2 bouteilles d’eau offerte en chambre, une était vite. Il y avait des traces de pieds au sol. La nouvelle chambre n’était pas mieux. Le pire hôtel de notre séjour et pas l’un des moins cher. C’est une honte!

Stayed there for 2 nights. Location is good. All the main places are close to this hotel. Rooms are average but overall good experience for a budgeted stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi, conveniently located near Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. The surrounding area is quiet yet close to many attractions. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit

이번에 하노이에 여행 와서 이 호텔에 묵었는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 침대도 매우 편안했습니다. 직원분들이 친절하고 서비스도 세심했습니다. 위치도 좋아서 관광지와 맛집에 가기 편리했습니다. 다음에 하노이에 오면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

I stayed at the executive suite room on the top floor. Overall very happy with the stay but I am giving the location 3 stars. If there was a 24 hours Circle K nearby it would be 5 stars for sure.

전체적인 설비는 솔직히 좋지 않지만 침구는 잘 관리됨. 우리나라 중저가 모텔정도로 보면 됨. 식당의 직원들이 영어가 능숙하지 않지만 매우 매우 친절함. 올드쿼터와 같은 번화가가 아니라 적당히 조용하고 좋음. 기찻길까지 걸어서 갈 만 함. 적당한 가격에 잘 머물렀다 갑니다. 감사합니다.

Aufgrund der sehr guten und mir nicht verständlichen Bewertungen haben wir uns dort eingebucht. An diesem Hotel ist nichts neu oder luxeriös. Wir mussten das Zimmer zwei mal wechseln. Das erste Mal waren ein Tag vorher Handwerker im Zimmer und alle Oberflächen waren mit Baustaub bedeckt, niemand hat überprüft ob das Zimmer sauber ist. Beim zweiten tropfte es unter dem Waschbecken und der Dusch Abfluss war verstopft, sodass wir eine kleine Überschwemmungen hatten. Unser letztes Zimmer war okay, aber alles ist so abgewohnt und Teilweise kaputt. Wir haben Wäsche im Hotel waschen lassen und bekamen sie unordentlich und nass gefaltet wieder, das Geld dafür haben wir erstattet bekommen. Obwohl es soviele leere Zimmer gab, durften wir erst um 14 Uhr einchecken, was bei unserer langen Anreise sehr unverständlich war. Das einzig positive war das wirklich sehr nette Personal an der Rezeption.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I must say that the staff is what made me want to come back. They strive to make my experience exceptional and promptly address any issues I have.

I do not recommend this hotel; for the same price you can find excellent apartments on Airbnb.The hotel is currently under renovation, and it feels like you’re living on a construction site rather than in a hotel. There was no information about this anywhere. The photos shown when booking do not match reality. The hotel is very old, so everything looks worn out in person.I was offered a city-view room. As you can see in the photos, my view was of the neighboring buildings, not the city.I decided to leave the hotel earlier because I was disappointed. The hotel didn’t want to cooperate or issue a refund. In the end, I managed to negotiate a refund for only one night.Recommendation: double-check the hotel’s rating on other websites.

Bạn lễ tân vừa xinh vừa dễ thương, cảm ơn mọi người đã hổ trợ mình về mọi việc. Tuy phòng ks có hơi ko vừa ý mình lắm, thêm cái gần đường nên bị ồn( bất tiện cho người khó ngủ). Nhưng bù lại cách ứng xử của mọi người khiến mình cảm thấy dễ chịu hơn. Nếu ở ngắn ngày mình vẫn sẽ book ks này vì thái độ của nhân viên quá ok ạ.
