Una estancia fantástica y muy recomendable Estuvimos dos noches en este hotel y la experiencia fue sumamente agradable de principio a fin. La habitación era grande y luminosa; aunque la ventana daba a un patio interior, esto resultó ser una ventaja, ya que nos garantizó un descanso ideal sin ruidos de la calle. Todo el espacio estaba impecable, destacando por ser una estancia muy limpia y espaciosa, perfecta para organizar el equipaje cómodamente. Además, el hotel cuenta con una piscina agradable y cuidada, excelente para refrescarse y relajarse tras un largo día de turismo. El servicio al cliente es extraordinario. Nada más llegar, solicitamos asistencia porque necesitábamos que nos lavaran ropa. Nos pareció un gran acierto que lo hacen a peso, lo que es muy cómodo, ya que te ahorra el tener que ir indicando pieza a pieza lo que entregas. Todo esto se complementa con unos precios razonables que cuidan el bolsillo del huésped. Por supuesto, el factor humano es lo mejor del lugar. Thui, la recepcionista, es un encanto de persona. Se mostró súper amable y servicial en todo momento, resolviendo nuestras dudas siempre con una gran sonrisa. Como apunte, aún no hemos desayunado en las instalaciones, pero cuando lo hagamos, ampliaremos la reseña para compartir nuestra opinión sobre la comida. Sin duda, es un alojamiento maravilloso al que regresaríamos sin dudarlo en nuestro próximo viaje.

Hotel trés bien situé et qui s'intègre bien dans le style de l’ancienne ville. Il est sur 3 étages, sans ascenseur. Il y a une petite piscine avec 7/8 chaises longues, plutôt agréable pour se rafraîchir lors de fortes températures. Les chambres sont propres et isolé du bruit de la rue. Le personnel est prévenant. Le petit déjeuner est correct au regard de la prestation globale de l’hotel. En conclusion un hôtel d’un bon rapport qualité / prix / emplacement.

Abbiamo speso una motto in questo hotel, ottima posizione, personale attento, professionale e gentile. Colazione ottima, ricca di diverse pietanze. Camera con ottime dimensioni, peccato questo sentore di muffa all'interno dovuto alle infiltrazioni della doccia nel muro della camera. Consigliamo di bonificare. Grazie.

Ik verbleef hier 2 nachten, bij aankomt was ik eerst wat ongerust over de ligging: druk centrum. Maar eens in de kamer: oase van rust! Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De kamer was op gelijkvloers aan de tuin. Prima kamer! Niks op aan te merken, Voorzien van alle comfort en zeer goed bed. Ik had er zelfs Netflix 😊 Filmpje tijdens rustig moment. Hotel ligt op amper 3minuutjes wandelafstand van de oude stad. Aanrader voor mijn part!

We stayed here for our overnight trip. The staff were attentive and helpful. The pool was very nice. There were many different sitting areas at the hotel. They did a great job creating an inviting atmosphere. We would definitely come back here again. The breakfast spread was excellent.

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Vị trí thuận lợi, gần các điểm tham quan. Khách sạn có xe đạp để đạp vào phố cổ. Bể bơi chill chill nhưng rất tiếc mình đi kín lịch nên không sử dụng được. Ăn sáng ít món nhưng ngon. Phòng rất rộng, sạch sẽ. Trồng rất nhiều cây và hoa, rất mát. Kiến trúc restro phù hợp với những ai thích hoài niệm, ai thích hiện đại không phù hợp. Nếu quay lại HA chắc vẫn book ks này.

The hotel has a strategic location and the beautiful old town design is really wonderful and unique for us who would like to experience something different. No worries too about the steps to the hotel room as the staff will be helping us with the luggages during both check-in and check-out. However, it's such a pity that the breakfast options were really limited.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, camera spaziosa, un bel' hotel peccato per la doccia che aveva la tenda. Colazione buona ma con tanti piatti tipici del Vietnam, e molta frutta varia del Vietnam.

2026.06.12 入住3床房，飯店建築古色古香，飯店人員Roosie很熱心親切，幫忙安排飯店座車去回美山聖地，費用合理。 有早餐，有游泳池，離熱閙老街區不遠，可以用走的，或是跟飯店借用自行車。晚上睡覺時，飯店周邊很安靜，可以讓人好好放鬆休息！

Peaceful and nice hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were genuinely sad to leave. First of all, the location is excellent – within easy walking distance of Tran Phu Street and the riverside, making it a perfect base for exploring Hoi An. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character, and decorated in vibrant colours that reflect the charm of the town. The rooms are very well equipped, especially considering the local climate. We particularly appreciated the additional dehumidification system, which made the room much more comfortable despite the heat and humidity. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality food. The hotel is also conveniently located near the best bánh mì sandwiches we had during our trip. A special touch was that my niece, who does not eat meat, was served delicious vegetarian spring rolls for breakfast. The swimming pool is another highlight – a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, from sharing local tips to reminding us to take umbrellas when rain was expected. On my birthday, I was even surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I would particularly like to praise Miss Chloe, the manager. She is warm, open, and genuinely caring. You can immediately see that she loves her work and enjoys looking after people. Her positive attitude and kindness create a wonderful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. We will come back!

Ein Juwel in Hoi An. Dieses hotel, besser gesagt das gesamte Personal heißt einem schon vorm betreten des hotels wirklich herzlich willkommen. Und dieses Willkommenfühlen hat in keiner Minute unseres 3 tätigen Aufenthaltes nachgelassen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Insgesamt macht dieses Hotel bis in den kleinsten Winkel einen wunderschönen Eindruck. Der süße Innenhof nostalgisch, vietnamesisch gestaltet mit dem Pool und Frühstücksbereich ergänzen und komplettieren die Eindrücke dieses hotel immer wieder buchen zu wollen 5* für das Personal.

Mình đã có trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời tại Hoian Central trong chặng ở 31/05 -> 01/06 booking Nhật Linh conf: 135504. Vì là lần đầu đến Hội An nên mình được GM, Jasmine, Chloe và các bạn lễ tân hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Đặc biệt là mình còn được Jasmine free upgrade lên Suite để có 1 kỷ niệm đáng nhớ tại đây. Phòng rất đẹp, thoáng mát và sạch sẽ. Khu vực ăn sáng rất nhiều cây, không gian rất đẹp. Mình thực sự yêu nơi này và mình đã định extend để ở tiếp nhưng lại có việc gấp nên không thể ở thêm. Sẽ sớm thôi, mình sẽ quay lại đây!!! Cảm ơn các bạn rất nhiều

I really appreciated the staff's hospitality and helpfulness throughout my stay... a special shout-out to Chloe, who was particularly kind and supportive. The room and bed were very comfortable, and both the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and exceptionally well maintained.

the hotel is located perfectly in hoi an, and is near by everything. no elevator, but a nice doorman that helped with our luggage. very cute breakfast area but the breakfast was ok. the picture of the pool and outside area is not realistic. the sun never hits the sunbeds and the area is very ingrown. altså very few sunbeds. the bidet spray was constintly leaking and there wasn’t any door to the bathroom. the staff was very nice and helpful.

I'd like to start with the location it's fantastic. Very easy to walk to any of the areas that you want to see in The Old City. Great coffee shop just 3 meters across the street and just a block and the half over is the world famous Banh Mi restaurant. Now for the hotel, very friendly front desk staff where very welcoming when we arrived and departed. The breakfast Hostess and staff took very good care of us. The rooms are spacious and we're immaculately clean daily. I highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and I will stay here again when I return

Encore un hôtel d’un excellent rapport qualité prix que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Il est situé en plein centre à environ dix minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une décoration traditionnelle agréable. La salle de bain est un petit peu vieillissante. Le petit déjeuner est varié et se prend dans une jolie cour intérieure . La piscine, entourée d’un joli jardin fleuri, est un vrai plaisir après une journée de visite. Le personnel est charmant et les prix très raisonnables. Une excellente adresse pour séjourner à Hoian Another hotel we particularly enjoyed. It is located about a ten-minute walk from the old town. The rooms are spacious with pleasant traditional décor. Breakfast is varied and served in a lovely inner courtyard. The swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful flower garden, is a real pleasure after a day of sightseeing. The staff are charming and the prices very reasonable. An excellent place to stay in Hoi An.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a very amazing place with excellent service and a warm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay — they helped us book the coconut boat ride, explained everything about the lantern festival, stored our luggage safely, and also assisted us with our bags. Their kindness and hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was also very nice with a good variety of food. Highly recommended!

Just had 3 lovely nights in this beautiful hotel. I had a room on the ground floor at the back of the hotel which was quiet with my own private terrace and gardens to look into. The rooms are large with great bathroom facilities. Highly recommend the location close to all of the tailors and the beautiful river. Service was great and very friendly.

Rooms were beautiful and well maintained! We stayed there 2 times and the second time we stayed we did not like humidity in the room (just personal preference) so the receptions happily showed us other free rooms and let us to pick which we liked the most! The common ares are also very welcoming, clean and with a very nice atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety of dishes! All in all, definitely recommend! The staff was 11/10, did not wanted to leave! Thank you! Amazing work!

L’hôtel Central de Hoi An est un hôtel de charme où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chambres ne sont pas récentes mais très confortables, propres et soignées, petit déjeuner varié et soigné. Chloé, la réceptionniste est tout à fait charmante et très attentive au bon déroulement du séjour du client. Vraiment, nous y retournerions volontiers.

The hotel looks nice on the outside. When you walk in you will be surprised. It is so pretty. The pool area is nice. The breakfast area looks as if your eating in a garden. Staff was super nice. When we arrived they gave us a tea and a cold towel. Probably because I was so hot from walking. We had a scooter so we were able to park outside. Free bicycles if you wish to go around town. The bed was comfortable. I would go back.

I stayed for one night in a double room and wish I could have stayed longer. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good assortment of Vietnamese and Western options, as well as lots of fresh fruit. I highly recommend staying here!

Petit havre de paix en plein centre de Hoi An ❤️. Hotel nous rappelant les maisons coloniales. Chambres propres, spacieuses et décorées avec goût, balcon donnant sur la piscine, jardin fleuri et très bien entretenu. Nous avons pu profiter d un peu de calme dans l après-midi autour de la piscine, ce qui fut bien apprécié après 3h de vélo 😊 Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix et tout est très bon.

had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The overall service from the staff was warm and welcoming. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff Tannie, who was extremely helpful and professional. She was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Her excellent service really made the stay even more enjoyable. Date of stay: 28 Feb 2026 A few downsides: there was a strong drainage smell in the room (we reduced it by pouring hot water down the drain), a few mozzies around—though a “killer racquet” was provided—and the kettle wire was not in great condition and difficult to plug into the wall socket. While having breakfast outdoors, a few drops of “sky juice” (dew) fell from the canopy above. That said, the stay was pleasant overall. Booked via Agoda (Superior Twin Room #104, ground floor) for about US$35 including premium Wi-Fi and good breakfast. The hotel is well located near the main action, and we were welcomed with drinks and towels in a nicely decorated reddish New Year–style lobby. The room had a traditional design with wooden furniture and what looked like an air purifier/dehumidifier. Breakfast had eggs cooked to order and a good spread—from soupy noodles and local meat dishes to breads, colorful fruits, yogurt, salads, coffee, and juices (though sadly no avocado, our favorite). The swimming pool was lovely too, warmed by the afternoon sun and perfect for an evening dip, with comfortable beach-style seating.

This charming colonial style hotel was perfectly located in ancient town, with pool and beautiful garden oasis where had breakfast everyday. We had a large bedroom with balcony on the second floor ( no lift) that was beautiful as well as practical with luggage bench, table and chairs and large wardrobe. But it was the outstanding staff we like the best. Attentive, informative and kind, they gave us a special pho breakfast the day we left as well as a gift. Such kindness especially from Jasmine was very much appreciated. It’s the perfect Hoian stay.

This is a beautiful stately hotel with modern rooms and a welcoming staff. Loved the colonial architecture, the grand staircase, the swimming pool and the lush garden around the breakfast area. A great place to sit for a moment. As the aged. are likely to do we left a medical bag on the airplane when we disembarked. The hotel staff helped us arrange a return ride to the airport. One of the medications had been compromised so they arranged for us to see a doctor at the hospital. We survived, with some very kind support and very much enjoyed spending time in the Old Town which was only a short walk from the Hoian! The hotel is brilliantly located for easy access to the city.
