Haron Hanoi Boutique

The hotel boasts a prime location right in the Old Quarter, within easy walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and numerous surrounding eateries and cafes. The rooms are new, clean, and beautifully designed, featuring very comfortable beds. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and enthusiastic staff; great attention to detail is evident throughout. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elegance and coziness. It is a highly recommended choice for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Hanoi.

The best stay ever. Excellent location, hotel is very new, small but very nice. Variety of food options for breakfast. Cute minibar in the basement, nice rooftop bar. Rooms are very cozy and quiet. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Many attractions are just a few minutes away from the hotel.

The Haron Boutique Hotel is excellent. I recommend everyone choose this hotel when they stay in Hanoi. The staff is superb. Ethan Hunt and all the front staff were extremely helpful. They advised me how to find important destinations, e.g. the cathedral, the night market, where to find the best báhn mi and pho. The downstairs bar and restaurant are elegant. The hotel is centrally located, in walking distance to everywhere.

A surprise package. Compact hotel but staff are excellent. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Good water pressure. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. Some rooms are only 20 square metres. Book a larger room. No complaints, will return for sure.

Great place. Total great gatsby/speakeasy feel. Typhon was a great server\host. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent one night stay here. The staff were extremely helpful and sorted an early check in for us after overnight travelling which was very kind. You will love it if you like old school formal hospitality.

An absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter! The location couldn’t be better—you’re right in the middle of everything, with incredible restaurants, cafés, shopping, nightlife, and many of Hanoi’s must-see attractions just steps away. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate, with stunning artwork and thoughtful details throughout the hotel that create a truly luxurious atmosphere. What really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, answering every question we had—from where to eat and what to see to finding the nearest ATM. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. If you’re visiting Hanoi, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Between the unbeatable location, beautiful accommodations, and outstanding service, this is easily one of the best places to stay in Hanoi, and we would absolutely return!

My stay is too short (3D2N) and the room is really small that I had to hop over my luggage. However, the staff is attentive, speaks great english and a pleasure to have. Breakfast served by staff named Chloe. She was the best. Annie was at the reception deck and she was fantastic. This hotel is beautiful.

Great location near the cathedral in the old quartier of Hanoi. Room was rather small, which is typical for the old quartier, but very well furnished with all the key amenities. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with different options (e.g., pho, or bread), all served in a nice restaurant. If you are looking for a small, comfortable hotel in the centre of the old town, then this is a great choice.

Daisy gave a good therapeutic strech massage and felt muscles relief from walking.

We booked 5 rooms for 4 days and it was PERFECT! We couldn’t ask for more. Unlimited breakfast from 6-10am and they cook everything fresh depending on what you order, not a buffet style which we love. Good touch of something special. It’s not the biggest hotel but has the biggest care and love. They allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier and we are so grateful since we traveled far. Location is such a vibe everything in the Old Quarter is walking distance. The amenities in the room is top notch that even when we arrive in Sapa at Hotel De La Couple we were like “our room in Haron is much more special with fresh flowers, fruits & more luxurious stuff”!!! Haron Hanoi made my Hanoi stay very comfortable with its great central location and the hospitality of its very friendly staff! Loved the à la carte breakfast which offered a wide range of choices. The hotel’s facilities were also superb, and the room was spacious and clean.

I've just been busy exploring the world. 😄 Some places, however, are simply too good to forget, and your hotel is definitely one of them. I had the pleasure of staying in two completely different rooms. The first had a charming boutique feel, while the second was pure luxury, with a design that reminded me of Dolce & Gabbana. Both were beautiful and unique in their own way. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality. The staff made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived, and that made all the difference. This review may be a little late, but great experiences never fade. It was a wonderful experience staying at The Haron Hanoi Boutique Hotel.||It’s a newly opened hotel (2025), and everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed.||The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. I was even given a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise.||My favourite part was the bed. The bedding was so comfortable that I honestly slept better than I do at home. 🤓 You can really tell the owner has put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable and at home.||I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

I tried the spa because of its positive reviews, but I was very disappointed with the spa receptionist. After my treatment, she repeatedly asked about TIPS and even suggested that I tip her personally, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I asked to speak with a manager, she also seemed unable to understand my request. For a 5-star hotel, the reception staff should be better trained in customer service and communication.

這是一間很棒的酒店，離市中心非常近，想要逛逛還劍湖，黑教堂，火車街，海鮮自助餐吃到飽，還有熱鬧的夜市都很方便，我們住了四個晚上，房間雖然不大，有27米平方，但是裝潢的非常精緻，連燙斗跟燙衣板都有，竟然也有空氣濾清器，各方面設施都非常的齊全，幾乎是五星酒店的品質，雖然比其他旅店多了一點點錢，但是整體來講是非常值得的。這四天的時間，我們住的非常舒服，早餐也非常豐富好吃，在旅遊上有任何問題。櫃檯人員都會很熱心地幫我們回覆跟解決，所以也是一家很熱心很有制度的旅店，甚至最後要到機場都幫我們叫好計程車，一直到上飛機都讓我們覺得非常的安心愉快，所以我很推薦這家旅店。

Truly fantastic hotel well located in Old Town. Rooms are cozy and well appointed, with great decor. Hotel amenities are good and the staff are great (shout to to Anthony and the reception staff). Ended up extending my stay by one night as I loved it so much. Truly an oasis in the city and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great value for money hotel in Hanoi!

I'm pretty picky when it comes to hotels, especially travelling with the family: cleanliness and convenience always come first for me. Haron Hanoi Boutique Hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were just genuinely lovely. When they knew we were travelling with kids, they went out of their way to upgrade us to a bigger room, we didn't even have to ask. That kind of thoughtfulness really sets a place apart 🥰 And when my partner got sick during the trip, the staff helped us order porridge without any hesitation. Such a small thing but it meant so much when you're away from home and not feeling well 👫🏻 Location wise, being near Hoan Kiem Lake is a big plus. And honestly, for the price, it's great value compared to other hotels in the area. If you're travelling with family and want somewhere clean, comfortable and looked after by staff who actually care, this is it. Thank you Haron. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

It’s a true hidden gem, tucked into a wonderfully walkable part of Old Hanoi, making exploring effortless.||Every detail felt thoughtfully done, from the stylish dining area to the room touches that make you feel delightfully spoiled. We stayed here for the final stretch of our trip and immediately wished we had booked it for longer—always the sign of a great stay. The rooms were lovely, the staff were incredible, and the overall experience was nothing short of wonderful. Next time, we’re definitely staying longer!
