Gorgeous spot, we had a lovely time here. Rooms are clean; breakfast was varied and delicious; location was great and most importantly staff went above and beyond for us. We had a lovely lady help us upon arrival, showing us a map of all the attractions, which ones are worth it and a good walking route. She also helped us book transportation where needed. I believe her name was Lisa, so thank you and all the other staff for being so lovely. Highly recommend!

Si vous souhaitez vous sentir chez vous, je vous recommande cet établissement. La chambre (studio) était propre et il ne manquait rien à mon séjour. Il y avait même une machine à laver/secher. Petit déjeuner fait minute ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville de Hue. Mention particulière à Thuy, qui nous a conseillé des adresses locales pour manger et découvrir les spécialités de la région. En plus de cela, elle était ultra professionnelle et adorable ! Je recommande sans hésitation !

Very confortable stay in the center of Hue. Located in a calm small walking street. Room was clean with great commodities. Staff has been very friendly and professional. They were very accomodating. Recommanded if you wish to stay in Hue.

The rooms were spotless clean and so comfy with everything you need, Lisa was absolutely amazing she helped us with anything we needed and always had a smile on her face, can’t recommend this place enough!

Very nice hotel, very clean and central position. Lisa is a perfect host and very gentle. The rooms are comfortable and wide. Breakfast very good! Appreciated to spend some time there!

Amazing location tucked away in one of the lanes but near many eateries and bars. All the staff are amazing and helpful. The bed is super comfortable and the washing machine is great to have particularly after travelling for several days. Breakfast was good. The only thing that would have made it 5 star for me is to have a lounge as the room has the space. There is no pool but we knew that when we booked.

We stayed in the apartment on the 2nd floor. Can't fault the property, the apartment was clean, the bed comfortable and pricing good value. The location is excellent right next to the night life area of walking street but down a lane so it's quite. The included breakfast was excellent as well. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome crew. Could not ask for better service. However, ants in the room. Television needed reboot after we left the room… every single time. Did I mention the quality service from the staff and the location was terrific?

No complaints about our 1 night stay here. It was in a perfect location for us, close to restaurants and bars, which were recommended to us by the staff. Rooms were lovely too. Would recommend!

Khách sạn có vị trí trung tâm, thuận tiện di chuyển, dù trong kiệt nhưng ô tô vẫn đón được tận nơi. Trang bị nội thất rất tốt, sạch sẽ, giường 2 người chuẩn, rất vừa ý. Giá cả 600k với một phòng như vậy là rất tuyệt vời. Các em nhân viên lễ tân vui vẻ, thân thiện.

Đi về hơn 2 tuần mới có tgian đánh giá Nhà m đã ở nhiều ks và resort từ bình dân đến ks 5 sao nhưng có thể nói chưa có bạn lễ tân ( Mai ) nào dễ thương như ở đây, phòng ốc cũng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Rất rcm có mọi người đến đây trải nghiệm. Lần sau quay lại Huế gđ mình vẫn sẽ đến đây ở tiếp

The reception crew deserves a 5, they were very friendly and helpful.The rooms and facilities have room for improvement. Please check the mattress, and the water pressure was not very strong.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy apartments and would definitely stay again. Mai at the reception was super nice to talk to and we had long fun conversations with her. She made our stay in Hue even better. Lisa at the reception too was really nice and friendly. They both gave us great recommendations for restaurants and helped us with anything we needed during our stay.

Les chambres sont également très propres, confortables et bien entretenues, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Amy Hotel & Apartment Hue – Review Overall impression: 😌 A well-located apartment-style stay with genuinely friendly staff, but a few comfort and maintenance issues took the edge off what could have been a great experience. What we liked: 🤗 The reception staff were wonderful—consistently friendly and helpful. The location is excellent: very central to cafes and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet lane, which made it feel more relaxed. The air conditioning worked very well, which was essential in the Hue heat. Having a washing machine and a small clothesline on the balcony was also a big plus for a longer stay. What could be better: 🤨 There were a few inconveniences during our stay. We had repeated issues with the door lock, with the passcode failing twice and requiring trips down to reception for assistance. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room on three separate occasions without knocking, which was concerning—fortunately, we had the secondary lock engaged. The hotel lobby and corridors were extremely hot, which made coming and going uncomfortable. Inside the apartment, the kitchen setup was quite basic—only two forks and two spoons, no knives or proper cooking utensils, despite having a stovetop, microwave, and basic cookware. There was also a noticeable issue with noise from a ceiling vent in the bedroom, with pipe sounds audible throughout the night. Guests should also be aware that toilet paper cannot be flushed here. Good to know: 🧐 We experienced a six-hour power outage during our stay, which affected the whole area (not the hotel specifically), but it did mean seeking out air-conditioned spaces elsewhere. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Would we return? 🤔 Possibly, for the location and friendly staff—but only if the maintenance and privacy issues were addressed.

Stayed in 1br apartment which included washing machine. Bathroom is small but adequate. Front desk staff were welcoming and informative. Good location for restaurants. Short walk to river. A little street noise early morning but otherwise quiet.

We had a delightful stay at the apartment on the second floor. The place is new, very clean, and has a washing machine 😀 Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Thank you very much, Lisa, and all the front desk staff for all your help. The hotel also offers great tour options and private driver deals.

Cozy stay in Hue despite the storm! We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it, even though the weather wasn’t on our side 🌧️. It rained non-stop for two days because of a storm, but the receptionist was so lovely and helpful — she did her best to suggest things we could still do around the area 💕. The hotel offers lots of convenient services (extra fees of course): scooter rental 🛵, laundry, day trips, and even airport or city transfers (Hue–Da Nang). Our room was super cozy and comfortable — we ended up staying in, relaxing, and watching movies all day, which was perfect for the stormy weather 🍿🛏️. The location is great too — just a short walk from the main streets with bars and restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet alley 🌿. There’s even a gym about 3 minutes away 💪. Definitely a nice and peaceful spot to unwind in Hue! 😊✨

Amy Hotel was simply excellent. Excellent value, excellent location, close to walking street and many bars, cafes and restaurants. Well appointed rooms, with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. Breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked from a selection of options provided when you go to breakfast, including omelette, pancakes, eggs, muesli with yogurt, fresh coffee and a choice of teas and smoothies. It was delicious 😋 and very tasty. The street can be a little noisy, but it didn't detract in anyway from our stay. The staff are super friendly, considerate and very attentive wanting to ensure you have a wonderful visit. I'd highly recommend this small, boutique style hotel when staying in Hue. I'll definitely stay again when visiting Hue.

This hotel certainly impressed us. They organised a very reasonable van ride from Hoi An to their hotel, a one day tour at very competitive prices and transport from the hotel to Danang. When my wife slipped on the wet steps at the Citadel and cut open her arm, we got a grab immediately back to the hotel. The staff had been notified by the tour guide and had a full bag of medical goods from the pharmacy-- even fixed her arm.|The room was very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of choices and hotel location so close to walking street and loads of shops and restaurants.|We travel 6 month a year (retired) and I must say the staff at Amy were exceptional- so helpful and friendly. They even managed to send an international power adapter, that I had left in the room by mistake, to our hotel in Danang.|We will certainly be going back next year.

Amy is a great little hotel centrally situated just a few minutes to the Walking Street. It is clean and well appointed. The shower is hot with good water pressure. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi works well. Very nice breakfast - the kitchen staff are just lovely. The ladies on reception are just amazing! I had a slight mishap while on a tour and by the time we got back to the hotel they had been to the pharmacy to get all the supplies needed to patch me up! Which they did with such kindness and care. Highly recommended for comfort and exceptional value for money.
