Tres bon hotel un petit déjeuner de roi ,chambre propre spacieuse et l'emplacement un peu loîn du centre si vous n'avez pas de scooter ou voiture apres je recommande qualité/prix rien a dire et la femme qui s'occupe de l'hôtel est au petit soin vraiment trop gentille ,serviable et toujours de bon conseils

Ich wollte sicher vor dem Trubel von Hoi An sein, hat geklappt 👍. Zwei wunderbar fleißige Damen: die eine kümmert sich um die Sauberkeit und die andere um ihr leibliches wohl. Sie können morgens auf einer Karte auswählen was sie essen möchten und es wird sofort frisch für die zubereitet 😋. Dann hat es mir der Garten angetan, der liebevoll gestaltet wurde und Abends mit den herrlich bunten Lampions, schöner war als alle anderen im Umfeld. Ich habe mich jedesmal an den Anblick erfreut, wenn ich Abends von meinen Ausflügen heim kam 🥰.

Me and a friend stayed here for five nights and had a very comfortable and welcoming stay. Our lovely host helped us with tailoring at queens tailor (highly recommended!) along with booking a day tours such as da nang and cham island ☺️ Very lovely people and great spacious room, we also felt having a balcony made a big difference and was very nice to have in our room! good breakfast choices and facilities including water and fresh towels daily!! Overall loved our stay here 😁

I choose a room in this villa because I wanted a quite place to rest, when I got there my room was on the first floor literally behind the reception and next so I’ve asked to be moved because was to noisy obviously, they’ve been kind to move me on the top floor which was perfect. House keeping very kind even if was not easy to communicate but nowdays with translating app it’s easy. Breakfast very limited for vegans, was included in the price which was good but I got it 3 times. I think they should get more fresh fruit at least other than bananas . Overall was a good and nice place to stay

Chị chủ homestay nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ thoáng mát, giá cả phải chăng. Vị trí homestay hơi xa phố cổ, phù hợp với những người muốn yên tĩnh.

Pokoje čisté, prostorné, odpovídají fotkám. Hostitelka velmi milá a ochotná, půjčí vám i skútr, vypere prádlo, umí zařídit i výlety do okolí, takže vše na jednom místě. V centru jste za pár minut. Na snídani si vyberete, na co máte chuť - vajíčka, palačinky, sandwich, rýže. Cena velmi přívětivá.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The hosts were kind and very welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, especially the banana pancake, super delicious. You won't regret choosing this stay.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Inhaberin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist super schön 🤩 Man kann hier auch Fahrräder sehr günstig ausleihen. Wir würden wieder hierher kommen 😊

Sehr schöne Villa, super nette Besitzerin und das alles zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Auch das Frühstück ist lecker. Wenn man einen Roller mietet auch super angebunden zur Altstadt (~7min).

wir haben 4 Nächte hier geschlafen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab morgens freies Frühstück, jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Wasser aufs Zimmer. Alles war sauber und die Besitzerin immer schnell erreichbar. Wir konnten einen Roller ohne Probleme leihen und somit ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Bei meiner Laundry ist Der Überzug von meinem Kissen verloren gegangen, dann habe ich ein neues Kissen bekommen. Gerne nochmal :)

The villa is great. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The plant-filled surroundings around the house create a relaxing and uplifting atmosphere. It’s also a local, quiet place, away from tourist crowds.

The best hotel we've stayed at since the start of our trip!! The place is clean and quiet, and the staff really take care of you. Also, you can rent scooters for a really low price! Plus, the breakfast was excellent! The best we've had! And the selection is huge—the menu is super extensive. :) I highly recommend it !

We had a lovely few days here. Very large room with two balconies. Family run Villa. We hired bicycles so we were able to cycle into Hoi An. Cam Kim has the nicest atmosphere, with extremely friendly locals. We would definitely stay again.

My stay was great definitely will return . They are so nice and thoughtful. We love the free breakfast and that you can rent bikes . They treat me like family here . Clean place as well nice rooms . They will give you free toothe brush waters and soap for free . Worth every penny.🥰

Nachdem wir frühmorgens mit dem Sleeperbus in Hoi An angekommen sind, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft überbucht ist. Aber ihre „Schwester“ (NewDestination Homestay) habe auch Zimmer und dort können wir unterkommen. Als „Entschädigung“ bekamen wir ein gratis Frühstück (was wirklich sehr gut war) und zwei Fahrräder (ohne Luft und die Bremsen haben kaum funktioniert). Um 13.00 konnten wir in der anderen Unterkunft einchecken und uns wurde gesagt, dass unser Gepäck dort hingebracht wird. Als wir dort waren, waren unsere Rucksäcke nicht da. Wir wollten nur Duschen, frische Kleidung und etwas schlafen … In der anderen Unterkunft haben wir kalte Nudeln und keine Getränke zum inkludierten Frühstück bekommen. Daraufhin haben wir, der ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft (Chi Thanh Villa) geschrieben und keine Rückmeldung mehr bekommen!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chi Thanh Villa. The owner is very friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. You can rent a scooter to get into town, and the ride there is beautiful. There is also a great gym within walking distance. There is a kettle available, and guests can use the kitchen for cooking, which is very convenient. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I just love this place. It's a beautiful will keeper villa with a lovely big garden. The ones and the staff are so nice and friendly. The breakfast is a really good selection, but the banana pancake it amazing, my favorite. .My trip to Vietnam was 90 days and I think I have spent the majority of time in this villa ,at least 6 weeks. It's a lovely location, you really get a feel for the local community and a cycle round the island is a must . I will be recommended this place to friends I UK to take advantage of this lovely place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Les chambres sont sympa, l’emplacement est calme mais assez éloignée de la ville. Le - : Le petit déjeuner loin d’être complet. Je dirais que ce n’était qu’un en cas.

위치는 걸어서 다니기는 안되는곳. 자전거. 오토바이 잘타야 좁은 다리를 지날수 있음. 자신없음 큰길로 돌아다녀야함. 물수압. 최악임..... 이거빼면 최고👍 즉 조용한 시골동네 느끼고, 시간보내기엔 짱 방넓고. 위치때문인지 올드타운 에서다리건너면 저렴함. 조식 간단히 바로해줌.

Może trochę na wyrost lecz stosunek ceny do jakości jest na 5. Lokalizacja na uboczu zgiełku co jest tylko zaletą. Mieliśmy wynajęte skutery u właściciela więc do centrum mieliśmy 5min malowniczą kładką nad wodą.

방 컨디션에 대한 평이 너무 달라서 걱정을 많이 했다. 벌레나 냄새가 걱정되었지만, 걱정과 달랐다. 나는 거의 새벽1시에 도착했고. 호스트는 날 맞이 해주지 않았지만, 친절한 그의 영어메세지와 준비된 방 키가 있었다. 문을 열고 들어오는 순간 향기로운 냄새와 깔끔한 침구가 기분을 좋게했고. 걱정이 사라졌다. 하지만 세월의 흔적도 살짝 있엇는데, 삐걱거리는 문과 빛바랜 휴지통이 전부였다 그리고 저렴한 가격에 4인 가족 모두 아시안식 아침을 맛볼 수 있어서 인상깊었다. 우리는 새벽에 도착했기때문 아침이 매우 허기졌다. 오전 8시쯤 되어서야 식사준비가 다 되었다. 생수4개, 일회용 칫솔 치약은 있으나 면도기는 없음.

Merkeze 4km güzel bir otel! Hoş biz iki oda ayırtmıştık ama geç saatte bizden önce başka bir misafir gelince bizim odayı teke düşürmüşler😊 ama odalar çok geniş ve iki büyük yataklıydı çok rahat ettik fiyatı da çok makuldü,ayrıca kahvaltı da vardı ve işletmeci çok misafirperver ve özenliydi tavsiye edermiyim kesinlikle👍😊

Location is very quiet. Room service everyday. Room was big and clean. 2 big balcony’s! We were practicing yoga in the morning before breakfast. I recommend you to add peanut butter and some yogurts with fruits to breakfast menu. At all times-it was a big pleasure to stay here! Sharing kitchen

Super helpful host. Clean and tidy. A pleasant simple breakfast menu. The location means you need to have a way of getting into Hoi An, we rented a scooter off the host for 100,000 a day which was good value. I’d never ridden a scooter outside of a basic one day course in the uk and couple of months ago and found Hoi An and the environs a good first experience.

Estuvimos dos personas alojadas y volveríamos a repetir. El personal, muy atento y amable. Las instalaciones, perfectas. Y el barrio en el que está ubicado es súper auténtico. Estás a unos minutos en coche del centro, pero te vale la pena: te hace vivir la cultura desde dentro. Totalmente recomendable :)

A perfect stay for Hoi An. We stayed here for 3 days with family. Barring the location being a little away from main Hoi An, this place is just perfect. The price, the service, the rooms and the ambience, everything is top notch. We were 8 members so we booked car for travelling from the property but if you're solo traveller/ large group who can ride a motor cycle, then there's literally 0 negatives about the property.

It is near enough to the Old Town to visit and feel part of it and far enough to enjoy peace and tranquility of Hoi An.

Hem estat un grup de 4 noies i hem estat super agust. Des que vam arribar a les 6 del mati ens van deixar dutxar, ens van fer esmorzar i a la que van poder vam poder fer el check in. Els llits i les habitacions estan molt be! No queda al centre ben bé, tot i que això fa que es respiri molta tranquilitat, el barri es tranquil i autentic. Els trajectes amb taxi son rapids. Hi ha l'opcio de llogar bicis i motos. Tambe ens han gestionat el bus nit per anar a Hanoi! Les persones que hi treballen son molt agradables.

Lướt trên gg map và được đề xuất ở đây. Ấn tượng của mình là chị chủ nhắn tin trả lời nhanh, nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Chị có chỉ mình những điểm ăn cho dân địa phương. Đường vào villa Chí Thành nhỏ, oto đi vừa, có thể đậu oto ở trong khuông viên. Ở đây cách phố cổ Hội An 3km với xe máy, 6km với xe oto. Có ăn sáng mỗi người 1 phần ăn & 1 phần nước uống tự chọn. Bạn ăn gì thì cô bếp mới làm nên yên tâm không sợ nguội lạnh. Đánh giá chung cho ăn sáng của gia đình mình là khá ổn. Phòng sáng với ban công hướng ra trước nhà và 1 ban công nhỏ phía sau có chỗ phơi đồ. Giường gối không bị cứng, nằm khá êm. Máy lạnh ok, mát hết phòng. Có điều tủ đựng quần áo thì hơi bụi. Nước nóng lạnh đầy đủ. Phòng với giá bình dân phù hợp với gia đình hay bạn nào không có yêu cầu cao. Điểm trừ là ở đây dùng lược chung, hy vọng có thể đổi thành lược dùng 1 lần để cảm giác sạch sẽ hơn. Với thùng rác không biết do quên hay sao mà mình không thấy lồng thêm bọc đựng rác 😅. Hy vọng sẽ cải thiện hơn để Villa ngày càng phát triển

So với giá thì khá ổn. Ưu điểm phòng rộng rãi có ban công, có ăn sáng mặc dù đơn giản nhưng chị ấy nấu rất ngon vừa miệng. Có để quên tai nghe c chủ nhiệt tình gửi xe mang tai nghe cho mình. Nhược điểm là xa phố cổ

A hospedagem tem um custo benefício excelente, a proprietária sempre disposta a ajudar, a funcionárias também super atenciosas. Alem de oferecer serviços de lavanderia e aluguel de motos. O quartos e toda a área do hotel sempre limpos e organizados. Tem água gratuita.

Love the place feels like home . The owner really worked with me and gave me a good deal on monthly stay . They clean everyday . Free waters and so nice . Would definitely stay again .

Mình rất may mắn khi chọn đúng nơi này,không khác gì ngôi nhà thứ 2 của mình, phòng ốc sạch sẽ thơm tho,chủ nhà thân thiện,cảm giác như ở nhà. Villa có sân vườn rất rộng và đẹp. giá đình mình rất thích.Có dịp sẽ quay lại Chí Thành villa.

Rcm nên ở home này nha mn. Sạch sẽ mát mẻ. Cách Hội An 7p đi xe.

Sau hơn 2 ngày suy nghĩ và chọn lựa homestay giá cả hợp lý và gần trung tâm thì trộm vía book được chỗ này cực kì ưng ý luôn. Cô chủ thân thiện và phòng thơm mát, view thiên nhiên sịn sò, giá rẻ, xứng đáng để trải nghiệm luôn cả nhà ơi. Nếu dịp sau có đến Hội An thì nhất định đến Chi Thanh Homestay một lần nữa❤️

Привет всем! Жила в этом отеле 28 дней, соотношение цены и качества очень достойное. Не дорогой отель, находится далеко от центра, но это не проблема. Каждый день я заказывала через Grab такси байк. Стоимость примерно около 1 доллара в одну сторону. Ежедневно на выбор 4-5 вариантов завтрака. Завтраки входят стоимость. По желанию можно заказать еду доставкой , быстро привозят либо заказать что нибудь в самом отеле. Ну очень дешево. Рядом есть рынок овощей и фруктов, обычные магазины, есть gym. Территория отеля не большое, мне хватало место для работы с ноутбуком. Комнаты ежедневно убираются, каждые ставили по 2 бутылки воды. Хозяева очень приветливые, во всем помогали. На счет вещей не волновалась ни дня. Это моя первая поездка , благодаря им, я чувствовала себя как дома. И еще можно взять велосипед и мотоцикл в аренду у них же. Можно также разменять доллары на месте . Рекомендую для бюджетного путешествия.

Đây là nơi lưu trú lý tưởng nếu bạn đang tìm một không gian yên tĩnh, gần gũi với thiên nhiên, villa có vị trí tốt, tiện di chuyển đến phố cổ. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Mình đặc biệt thích khoảng sân vườn xanh mướt và sự bình yên nơi đây – rất lý tưởng cho những ai muốn tìm chút bình yên, thư giãn và tạm rời xa nhịp sống ồn ào nơi phố thị. Mình sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp ghé Hội An lần nữa.

L'un des meilleurs Homestay dans le quel j'ai séjourné a Hoi an Tous était parfait la chambre était très grande, le lit est merveilleusement confortable, j'avais également un balcon Merci beaucoup aux hôtes qui nous on convié à leur repas de famille ( honnêtement le fait qu'ils ne soient pas obligé mais qu'ils l'on fait ça fait chaud au cœur ❤️) Je reviendrai a coup sûr Encore Merci pour tout

Phòng rộng rãi thoáng mát. Không gian yên tĩnh, không náo nhiệt. Giá cực tốt so với trung tâm. Đường đi hơi xa, phù hợp gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn có xe riêng. Mới vào nhận phòng sẽ hơi ngần ngại vì đường xá như ở quê. Nhìn chung là ok nhé!

Great place to stay, rooms are clean, hot water, fridge, air con, comfy bed and balcony not to mention breakfast is included and it’s really good with a range of choices. Absolutely nothing to complain about we even extended our stay because we liked this place so much, definitely recommend.

Wow! Perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An! Me and my girlfriend stayed here for over a month left for two days and came back as soon as would could! Throughout our 8 months travelling this is hands down one of the cleanest and most comfortable accommodations we have stayed in. There is daily cleaning along with fresh towels and bottled water! The breakfast is excellent and you can never go wrong with a banana pancake and coffee in the morning too! They also give you many other options if you would like to eat or drink something else! The beds are big, comfortable and the bathrooms are to a high standard! The rooms also have a big balcony and/or windows so you can get plenty of natural light and airflow into the room so you will never feel cramped! I've travelled to Hoi An on four different occasions and only found this gem on my recent visit and this will definitely be the place I come stay on my next adventure. I give Chi Thanh Villa 5/5 and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!! Thankyou !!

The villa is close enough to Hoi An for it to be in easy reach on a bicycle. The family that runs the villa and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. I have had a very nice stay at this location and can only warmly recommend it.

A beautiful, quiet and comforting place to stay. The owner, Thao is very friendly and accommodating and will help with what you need. Breakfast was delicious and by far the best banana pancakes I’ve had. Rooms have a balcony, fridge, hot water kettle, AC, TV and everything is clean. If you’re looking for a great place to stay with a great price and away from the bustle of the old town, this is the place!! Suitable for solo travelling, couples or groups of friends!

Great place, very clean and the room was huge and looked really modern, with a balcony. You get a free breakfast which is great, and the landlady is really nice and helpful. It is a 10 min bike ride from city center but it is a great location nontheless, the hotel has rental service for both motorbikes and bicycles and the way to the city center is very scenic. Overall I really enjoyed the stay, the place lived up to its great reviews!

Vị trí xa phố cổ Hội An ~7km, vắng vẻ, ko có hàng quán ăn buổi tối. Buổi tối rất khó bắt taxi. Phòng nghỉ cơ bản, hơi cũ. Ăn sáng free, chọn 1 món: bánh mì ốp la/ chả giò chiên/ bánh chuối banana pancake kèm 1 ly nước trà hoặc cf. Xung quanh ko có địa điểm gì tham quan. Nếu trưa/ tối gọi đồ ăn ở villa thì menu cũng như buổi sáng!

Каждый человек из персонала этого дома здоровается с гостями.❤️ У нас был потрясающий номер Делюкс на 3 этаже,с огромным шкафом, балконом с одной стороны и окном с другой стороны,поэтому было свежо и хорошо. Вода в номере бесплатная-комплиментарная-каждый день. Полотенца также заменяли каждый день во время завтрака и добавляли средства для душа. Очень чисто,комфортно и уютно. Дом очень светлый и персонал добродушный. На телевизоре есть YouTube,можно подключить свой аккаунт и смотреть кино, управляя телефоном. У дома очень красивый сад с цветами и фонариками,красивая ухоженная территория.😍 Завтраки-потрясающие. Ели рис с яйцом-порции огромные,а также потрясающие панкейки с бананом и шоколадным сиропом.Также можно выбрать напиток.👍🏻 В день выезда все гости заказывали на завтрак панкейки-видимо,распробовали. Можно арендовать велосипеды и покататься по потрясающим рисовым полям рядом с домом.Настоящие эко-вело-тропы. Огромное спасибо Thảo и всей её команде за гостеприимство и заботу! Рекомендуем!💯💯💯

Ks sạch đẹp, cô chủ nhiệt tình .Hơi xa phố cổ ( tầm 3km ) , rừng dừa 7 mẫu 8km nhưng mình thấy rất đáng vì giá rẻ + có bỮa sáng rất ngon có cả nc cam hoặc cafe cảm giác như ở nhà . Bên ngoài có 2 hồ cá bé nhà mình thích mê , cây hoa xanh mướt ko khí trong lành , có mấy bộ bàn ghế ngồi chill chill luôn , cảm giác đúng kiểu nghỉ dưỡng chữa lành í . Bạn nào ko ngại xa có thể nghỉ ở đây nha ,phòng mình có ban công luôn .

Un endroit parfait pour faire une pause. J’y suis allé avec mes amis, et ils ont également beaucoup apprécié. La villa est non seulement bien située, mais elle offre également un cadre agréable, calme et propice à la détente. Lors de ma prochaine visite à Hội An, je ne manquerai pas d’y retourner :)

Không gian được thiết kế ấm cúng, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, giường ngủ êm ái, mang lại cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà. Giá cả hợp lý, phù hợp với cả nhóm bạn lẫn gia đình. Nhìn chung, đây là một lựa chọn tuyệt vời cho những ai muốn tìm một nơi lưu trú yên bình và chất lượng. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!

A beautiful accommodation, with lovely people that will make you feel comfortable throughout your entire stay. Both the manager/owner of the villa, as well as the rest of the staff, are welcoming and will help you as much as they can (from planning arrivals and departures or sorting day trips to nearby locations like Da Nang/Ba Na Hills, to scheduling local cooking classes or renting bikes (at an incredible price)). The breakfast included is extremely delicious. Even if you're not a breakfast person, like myself, I at least recommend trying the spring rolls, as well as the banana pancakes. The Villa is situated less than 10 minutes away from the Hoi An centre by bike. These can be rented at a really cheap price for an entire day, reason why we did it on all 3 days while here. Overall the villa is of great value and I highly recommend it!

自助旅行可以來住，到會安古城騎車蠻近的，老闆娘也有摩托車可以租借，但是要很需注意安全，交通很亂善用喇叭，房間整潔還可以接受，但有點潮溼有味道，冷氣開下去就對了😄不介意的可以，房價便宜，早餐都是現點現做👍

Really great locations. The area is residential, so it very quiet in the morning and night. They have a amazing breakfast offer here which is worth enjoying. The main city centre area is around 30minutes on foot but they offer rental bikes for 20K VND each. The owner of the hotel is really kind, caring and supported us during our stay. While the rain did affect our plans on the day of arrival, she offered us a couple of experiences we could do. We highly recommend the boat & cooking experience. The dishes we made we exceptional and made some friends as well. The hotel manager also provided a private car hire to Dan Nang and tickets to the golden bridge. The rooms themselves are a quite spacious, with decent lighting. The showers did take some time heat up but the pressure was spot on. Avoid leaving the windows opened at night, as I did catch an insect or two during the middle of the night.

Le meilleur hôtel depuis notre début de voyage en Asie. * Petit déjeuner délicieux et varié (9 choix de plats et quatre choix de boissons) * Quartier très calme * Matelas très confortable * Propre * Propriétaire très gentille * Possibilité de louer des vélos ou des scooters sur place (20.000 Dong pour les vélos). Seul inconvénient, il n’y a pas beaucoup de commerces ou d’endroits pour se restaurer à proximité mais cela ne pose pas de problème puisque vous êtes à 10-15 min du centre en vélo.

Tout était parfait. La chambre est grande, spacieuse avec un balcon. Le lit est confortable, il est moelleux, un bonheur ! Fenêtre dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuné est délicieux et vous pouvez choisir un jus (orange ou citron) et c’est plutôt rare. Service de la patronne : irréprochable, on a booké directement avec elle pour notre bus car notre compagnie a annulé notre premier bus. Vous avez également un très joli extérieur. Le tout pour 10€ la nuit, rapport qualité prix : EXCELLENT !
