Tam Family Homestay Huế

Great location and the homestay staff and owner are extremely friendly, accommodating and were intent on making our Hue experience everything we wanted it to be.

The Tâm Family Homestay was an excellent stop for us on our trip to Vietnam. Mrs Tâm helped us coordinate our entire tour of Vietnam and she set up an amazing experience for our family from Phong Nha all the way to Ho Cho Minh City. The hospitality of the Tâm Family Homestay and the attention to detail by Mrs Tâm was amazing. Lè was a lot of fun and drove us around a lot. We really enjoyed our stay in Huè and highly recommend it.

Chủ home nhiệt tình, chu đáo, home được thiết kế rất phong cách, phòng sạch đẹp, view thoáng, giá phòng hợp lý, vị trí thuận tiện, có nhiều ngõ vào nếu đi ô tô cần chọn ngõ có đường rộng. Cảm ơn chủ Home.

La famille Tam nous a accueillis chaleureusement , très bonne ambiance au sein de la maison ! Chambres très agréables, piscine dans la cour intérieure rafraîchissante ! Les enfants sont les bienvenus, le quartier est très calme et on y trouve de quoi se restaurer .

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Tam hat uns schon vor der Anreise eine Übernachtung im Bach Ma Nationalpark gebucht, das war eine tollle Erfahrung für uns, unsere Kinder und Großeltern. Sie gibt sehr gute und lokale Tipps. Als unser Sohn dann eine Mittelohrentzündung hatte, schickte sie uns direkt zu einem HNO-Arzt und erkundigte sich noch Tage nach unserer Abfahrt nach seiner Gesundheit. Auch die Gegend hat uns gefallen. Hier wohnt man zwischen Einheimischen und ihre Hunde gehen, wie ganz typisch für Vietnam, auf den Straßen spazieren. Es gibt viele Gärten und einen schönen ruhigen Weg am Fluss entlang mit ein paar Gartenrestaurants. Für uns war das eine schöne Abwechslung zu der sehr belebten Innenstadt Hue's. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und die Zimmer sauber.

Chủ home nhẹ nhàng dễ chịu lắm, phòng cũng sạch sẽ, có bể bơi cũng sạch lại có mái che cũng mát mẻ, trẻ con tắm cũng tiện, home cũng có phục vụ ăn trưa,ăn cũng ngon lắm. lại gần đại nội lắm luôn, đầu ngõ có quán bánh ngỏ cũng ngon lắm.

Dịch vụ tuyệt vời. Chủ home nhẹ nhàng lắm. Bể bơi sạch đẹp. Ăn ở home cũng ngon. Đi lại các điểm cũng tiện. Lần sau nhất định lại ghé home nữa

Được 1 tháng rồi mới quay lại đánh giá, phòng ở thoáng, có ban công, hồ bơi, phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, chủ Home thân thiện, nhân viên dễ thương. Lúc rời đi mình có quên cục sạc ip và được Home hỗ trợ nhiệt tình gửi về cho mình, rất là nice luôn

Home ở khu Huế xưa nên yên tĩnh, dễ chịu. Chủ Home rất nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ. Phòng được dọn dẹp sạch sẽ. Cả nhà tôi đi 5 người (4 người lớn, 1 trẻ em) ở phòng Family rộng rãi. Nói chung là ưng. Giá cả hợp lý.

Vị trí trong hẻm, xe 7 chỗ chạy vào vẫn đc. Homes có cho thuê xe máy và có thêm dịch vụ ngâm chân và massage trị liệu đông y ( hỏi chị chủ đặt lịch trước vì bác massage ko ở cố định tại homes), ngoài ra còn có dịch vụ ăn trưa tại homes (bạn cũng nên liên hệ chị chủ để book trước do bếp nấu theo số lượng đặt). Phòng có view hồ bơi và view ban công đẹp, thích hợp cho các bạn chụp ảnh check-in các kiểu. Vk ck anh chị chủ rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, tuy mình ko dùng dịch vụ nước của homes nhưng xuống xin đá uống nc thì anh chị rất thoải mái.

We enjoyed our stay. Remember it is a home stay not a fancy hotel and we liked the family feel. It is good value. Tam is terrific and very helpful if you need any assistance. One good tip, we used her brother to drive us to the covered bridge village then onto the beach at Thuan A one morning . The bridge was neat and the beach was clean , deserted and safe to swim in. We also had lunch at the basic restaurant. Perfect morning. The home stay worked well but its location is away from the bright lights in an authentic Vietnam city area. Great little restaurants within walking distance especially Quan Ngo-banh Nan-loc-bro with dumpling cakes and O Thy coffee shop.

Home rất phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi, yên tĩnh. C chủ home nhiệt tình, giới thiệu nhiều quán ăn địa phương và địa điểm vui chơi phù hợp với gia đình

Có chỗ để xe ô tô Phòng rẻ so với dịch vụ Đi đâu, ăn gì đc chị chủ chỉ nhiệt tình, lại toàn dịch vụ và điểm đến hay, thú vị

Hôte très investi dans son job, plein de bon conseils, très attentionné. Chambre propre agréable et confortable. Piscine propre également. Accueil chaleureux et possibilité de ce débarbouiller avant d’avoir notre chambre après un transfert en bus de nuit donc arrivé tôt au logement. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur conseils

On adore Tam Family pour son emplacement. Situé au cœur de Kim Long à Hué, tres proche de SonCa, nous ne pouvons que conseiller cet établissement à ceux qui veulent être dans le vrai, dans l'essentiel, dans l'authentique...

Would recommend, the owner and workers are very friendly! The location and rooms are also quite pleasant cuz its chill. Even the Koi fish are friendly and I'm not even joking about that. :3

Séjour excellent ! La Famille Tam est d‘une gentillesse hors paire, très à l‘écoute et attentionnée, toujours souriante. Les chambres et salles de bains sont modernes et joliment décorées. Il est possible de prendre plusieurs repas et la nourriture est excellente. On aurait aimé passer plus de nuits chez eux !

It is a simple and quiet homestay with large bed. Host is friendly. A bit tricky for some driver to go there due to single lane road, nevertheless we manage to go in and out with grab. On the last morning, heard some noise at the ceiling, not sure it is mouse or birds.

Great place to stay. Arrived late and the host greeted me by name and arranged a second night’s stay on arrival which was easy to do. Good price, good amenities and beautiful outdoor area.

We enjoyed our stay here! The hostess helpt us with arranging dagtour and public transport. The room were clean en pleasent!

Lễ tân thân thiện, home ấm cúng đầy đủ tiện nghi. Từ home đi ra đại nội và các lăng, trường quốc học, công viên, chùa thiên mụ rất tiện lợi. Không gian chill, yên bình, thích hợp thư giãn sau một ngày dài du hí khắp thành phố Huế. Giường to, nhiều ổ điện sạc tiện lợi sạc nhiều thiết bị. Nước uống nóng lạnh thoải mái. Có hồ bơ tạo sóng cũng khá ok cho bạn nào thích bơi. Nếu bạn nào thích nghỉ dưỡng ở khu vực yên tĩnh, nhẹ nhàng thì cứ book phòng ở đây nha. Tuy nhiên là mình nghĩ home nên cân nhắc về vấn đề thoát khí/thông gió ở phòng tắm bởi vì mình cảm thấy hơi bí và dễ gây mùi. Còn lại thì không vấn đề gì, nệm giường cũng rất êm ái, ngủ ngon. Vòi sen, dầu xả dầu gội thoải mái vô tư. Gia đình mình rất hài lòng khi ở đây. Sẽ ghé lại Tâm family nếu có dịp đến với Huế mộng mơ lần sau.

Tất cả đều tốt, có hồ bơi nhưng hồ nhìn nước ko được sạch, home mà giá quá chát, ko có bàn trang điểm riêng, phòng sạch sẽ

We had stayed for one night only, but we definitely recommend this place. Very nice and warm welcoming people, reasonable prices, good location, and accommodation itself. Good area around to walk to the city center or take a taxi. The owners shared a good locations to visit, cheaper way to order taxi, and allowed to feed their koi fishes from our hands. Very interesting experience, we indeed felt like at home.

I highly recommend this place to stay in Hue. The family is super kind and helpful. You can ask them anything you may need, and they will help you quickly, and always with a big smile! The rooms are big and clean. You can also chill out at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet, and with some very nice local restaurants around. You should definitely stay here :)

Wir haben eine Nacht im Homestay verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Begrüßung war äußerst freundlich und dank der Empfehlungen konnten wir die kurze Zeit perfekt nutzen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad verhältnismäßig groß. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die harten Matratzen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine wundschöne Zeit in Hue und können das Homstay wärmstens empfehlen.

Recomendable 100%. Son una familia encantadora. El hotel es silencioso, está en un barrio tranquilo y residencial de Huè que escapa del ruido y del tráfico. Tienen bicis para que puedas darte una vuelta. El personal es muy amable, te sientes en casa estando tan lejos. Haced caso a sus recomendaciones, todo muy bien 🙂 (Si tienes sueño ligero, lleva tapones, hay un gallo muy cerquita)

Die Unterkunft ist zwar ein bisschen außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dafür aber in einem ruhigeren Wohnviertel, von dem man trotzdem gut überall hinkommt. Tam war wirklich eine ganz tolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns sehr gute lokale Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben hat und uns auch bei anderen Planungen (z.B Tour in den Bach Ma Nationalpark) super zuverlässig unterstützt hat. Vielen Dank nochmal! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Tams freundlicher Familie!

I stayed here for two night. They’re so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. I ate lunch here as well and it was delicious. Also the location is walkable to the imperial city yet quiet, local, charming and neighborhoody. Highly recommend!

En voyage a trois en mode road trip nous sommes arrivés chez Tam en fin de journée,nous avons eu un super acceuil,le lieu est magnifique,les chambres sont spacieuses propres et reposantes ...Nous nous sommes vite senti comme a la maison avec une ambiance chaleureuse et un partage de bons plans avec Tam vraiment très appréciable 🙏 La piscine dans le patio est un havre de paix et de détente nous avons adoré,le meilleur homestay du Vietnam que l'on ai fait 🥰Un grand merci a Tam et sa famille ,nous leur souhaitons une bonne continuation et plein de bonheur avec ce bébé a venir 💐🌹💐Céline Sian et Matéo

I believe that this is the best place to stay in Hue: - The place is very quiet and and close to the main historical site (the old citade of the imperial city) and close to a beautiful walk along the main river (beautiful for night walks/bike rides) - The rooms are very nicely arranged and they are well equipped: AC, Fan, hair dryer, water heater for drinks, hot water in the shower. - king beds, clean sheets, extra pillows and quiet through the night. - Tam (the owner) is a very nice and very helpful lady. She generously gives tips, information about the places to see and how to access them. - Bicycles in here are free to take + and very good shape motorcycles to rent for a very reasonable price (150k/24H).. you can get to all the interesting places in less than 15minutes with a bicycle from here. - There's a pool, traditional foot bath buckets and and Breakfast options. I don't know what you're looking for, but I think you already found it. Do not hesitate, try it for a night and I'm sure you'll extend (because that's exactly what we did)

Ein nettes Homestay, das von einer sehr engagierten Frau geführt wird. Alles war sehr sauber und für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert. Morgens haben wir einen Hahn krähen gehört, ansonsten ziemlich ruhig. Würden sofort wiederkommen!

We didn't stay here. But we had a special lunch here. They were very careful for anyone with allergies or restrictions. Best meal I had in Vietnam. Next time I visit I will be booking the Homestay too. The people made you feel like family

Le personnel est juste adorable, toujours là pour aider et de très bon conseil pour visiter la ville. Les chambres sont grandes, cozy, propres et confortables. Nous avons passer un séjour formidable❤️❤️ Le lieu est également idéalement situé pour visiter la ville, Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermer! Nous avons également fait les transferts Hoi an->hue et hue->aéroport avec eux et c'était très bien organisé et à prix tout à sait raisonnable!

Phòng sạch sẽ thoáng mát. View rất ổn. Riêng tư rất tốt. Sẽ còn ghé lại dài dài

Phòng không có TV, nhà ai đi có trẻ em nên cân nhắc. Chiều thứ 7 nhà mình thay đồ bơi xuống hồ bơi thì nhân viên mới thông báo hồ đang bảo trì, không bơi được, làm mất công kiếm hồ bơi khác gần đó, mà chạy cũng 10 phút, còn tốn thêm 75k cho 3 vé, sáng hôm sau nói lại chị chủ cũng không xin lỗi và cũng không giải thích gì. Vừa mất thời gian vừa mất tiền còn tụt mood. Chưa nói tới việc trùm thêm áo khoác ngoài đồ bơi chạy nhong nhong dò đường nữa. Vị trí không gần lắm, đi vào trung tâm chắc gần 10 phút. Ở thử 1 lần trải nghiệm thôi chứ lần sau đến Huế sẽ ở nơi khác

Nous avons passé 3 nuits et nous n avons absolument pas regretté, chambre grande et spacieuse, de bon renseignements pour visiter la ville, seul bémol les sous vêtements de notre fille qui ont disparu lors de la visite

Very friendly people, breakfast was good, the beds are good and the room was clean, it was nice that we could change some euros for Vietnamese money with a good rate

Would give 6 stars if possible. The home is nicely decorated, in traditional and nostalgic style. The home made breakfast is perfect for my children. The cheap laundry service and free bike rental is a plus. Feel like beeing home here. It's hard to find something similar at this price. Thank you for all your dedicated service.

Tam the host is just an absolutely genuine, thoughtful and generous homestay host! Super responsive and have loads of excellent recommendations for fantastic hue food. Tam came from a tourism background which was super handy with organising tours for us. We liked the location as it was very much local vibes than the touristy central areas. The pool was sufficient to help us cool down on hot days. We fell in love with Hue especially thanks to Tam's hospitality!

Absolutely amazing service. Location isn't bad but the road is undergoing construction. It's right near the river so you can walk in the evening. The rooms do need updating though for sure they need a small mini fridge and a tv. The food there is pretty good too.

Came here for a delicious lunch as part of a tour of Hue. Lovely family. Attentive staff and delicious food! The grounds also looked lovely with an inviting pool.. definitely would love to stop here some time when I return for lodgings.

Ha sido una experiencia inmejorable. La chica que nos atendió siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa y con solución para todo. Ademas, una noche llegamos y no habíamos cenado y nos preparó una cena riquísima por muy poco. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas 🤍

We stayed for two nights at this incredible homestay and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The family was absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and always ready to help. They gave us amazing tips for exploring Hue, which made our visit even more special and memorable. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and we’ll never forget the experience. Un lugar familiar en el que he sentido que nos cuidaban mucho. Tam nos recibió con una gran sonrisa y muchas recomendaciones que nos ayudaron a conocer y a experimentar lugares y restaurantes auténticos. Las habitaciones son muy luminosas y limpias. El entorno es precioso, muy cerca del río. Hemos tenido servicio de bicis gratuito para poder movernos por allí. Totalmente recomendable

Chị chủ siuuuuu dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Hỗ trợ tụi mình checkin sớm (12h trưa có phòng là chị cho nhận liền). Còn gợi ý hỗ trợ đổi phòng rộng không phát sinh phí. Thuê xe máy lố giờ chị chủ cũng không thu thêm. Nói chung là 10 điểm
