Wir waren total zufrieden! Ein schönes Zimmer, eine hübsche Anlage mit Pool, ein süßes Café direkt nebenan, welches dazu gehört. Dazu die Lage: Eine ruhige Straße, nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, aber nah genug dran. Die Besitzerin und das Personal waren unglaublich herzliche Personen, die uns mehrfach mit verschiedenen Problemen geholfen haben. Wir können es nur jedem ans Herz legen diese Unterkunft zu buchen!

Gia đình chủ nhà vô cùng chu đáo, take care nhiệt tình, rất để tâm tới khách hàng, cô chú dễ thương lắm, tạo điều kiện hết cỡ cho gia đình mình. Có cả bể bơi và em cún khổng lồ nhìn như cái chăn bông í, còn có cả xe đạp free cho khách Và đặc biệt điều mà nhiều khách sạn ko làm dc đó là tivi của nhà Redhouse xem được nha mn ;)) Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời của gia đình mình

Homestay cho đoàn nhà mình một cảm nhận tuyệt vời, sự thân thiện, chu đáo của cô chú chủ nhà là một điểm cộng lớn. Không gian Home rộng và thoáng, có sân vườn và bể bơi. Home có nhiều xe đạp để khách sử dụng free. Home còn có 1 quán cafe nhỏ xinh ngay góc sân, đồ uống và bánh rất ngon, mình thấy có rất nhiều đơn grap.

Homestay gần trung tâm Hội An, phòng ốc và cảnh quan rất đẹp, có hồ bơi và sân vườn để tổ chức các hoạt động ngoài trời. Gia đình cô chú chủ nhà rất thân thiện luôn coi khách như người nhà.

Home rất đẹp có bể bơi siêu mát,home rộng lắm,cô chú nhiệt tình và rất tình cảm,mình đến vào ngày thường nhưng cô chú hỗ trợ rất là thích luôn cho mình phòng to và thoáng mát sạch đẹp lắm,ngủ siêu ngon giường nệm chăn gối sạch sẽ dễ ngủ vô cùng,các bạn nên ở đây 1 lần nhé .Sẽ rất là hài lòng luôn nha❣️❣️ máy lạnh siêu mát có quạt có tivi bật xem được youtube 10* chất lượng

Stay here it is in a fantastic location and the people running it are so kind. Gave us a welcome drink and all, the pool is lovely and they have the cutest dog ever called White walking around the place.

We had the best time here! Free bikes to explore the city and a big clean pool to cool off. Such a great area too, next to a local market and a close bike ride to old town and the beach! Great coffee and very nice atmosphere on the patio to hangout! Stayed for 4 nights and honestly very sad to leave as it was such a great time. If you stay up late you may get to see a very cute frog hopping near the patio!

I just kept extending!!!! 10/10 - perfect budget stay in Hoi an - with FREE bicycles, swimming pool, hot water, curtains, AC and the FRIENDLIEST owner ever - she let us check in early and was so flexible with me extending and booking shuttles etc. + her coffee shop attached is honestly the best matcha I have ever had in my LIFE for such a good price + the salt foam topping 1000/10 - definitely stay here if you can, there isn’t a groupchat or anyway to be social with activity’s but you can meet people in the rooms, pool and coffee shop and I chatted a lot with different people staying here. Excellent location too right near the local market and straight line into town and the beach - Thank you for everything !!

My partner and I stayed here for nearly 3 months and absolutely loved it. The family is very kind and helpful in every way. Each time we needed something, had a question or wanted to do a tour, we were helped. We stayed in a room and in a studio and liked both very much, very comfortable beds, clean and overall cozy, with overlooking the pool and a canopy of trees. We loved the location, it is very quiet and right in between the old town and the beach, both about 10 to 15 minutes away by bicycle. It is in a more local area, with plenty of cafe and restaurant options nearby. The guesthouse has also its own cute café with delicious hot and cold drinks and yummy cakes…. The breakfast is also delicious. There are several options to choose from…. We will be surely back 😊

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s a beautiful house with a lovely area. There is a big garden and plenty of common areas with lots of space to relax, work, or just hang out. The staff are wonderful — always available and ready to help with any questions. The girl in the cafe are also very sweet and friendly. Yes, there is a cafe on-site with great drinks and desserts, and they serve a delicious breakfast. The dorm room is great, with very big, comfortable beds and nice showers. The place is always clean. You can really feel that it’s family-run and that they truly care about the property. Another big plus is that they provide free bicycles. The location is also very convenient — it’s easy to reach both side the Old Town and the beach from here.

Gia đình mình đi 8 người mà thuê phòng giữa trưa với 3 giường trong 1 phòng chỉ với 600k mà siêu tốt, có nước tắm, xà phòng đầy đủ. Chủ siêu nhiệt tình, có bé chó 20l nước nữa. Dù thuê không đúng giờ mở cửa nhưng chủ vânc nhiệt tình giúp nhà mình đk phòng nên rất recommend m.n nha.

Highly recommend this hostel. The beds in the dorm are very big. Outside the main town but still lots around and cheap grab into town. Great cafe joined on and staff were super helpful. Very nice back garden to chill in

We stayed at Red house for 4 nights and honestly could not recommend it enough. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy. During our stay there I got food poisoning from some street food and the hosts went above and beyond to help me recover, including going to the pharmacy and getting me different medicines and making me ginger tea. Their attentiveness and hospitality was very appreciated. Plus they have a very cute Labrador😊

Eine saubere und sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Der Kaffee und das Frühstück waren in meiner Unterkunft included und waren sehr lecker. Die „Distanz“ zur Stadt war mit Grab oder Fahrrad gar kein Problem. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen 💗.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this homestay and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I want to especially mention Theo, who is an incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful host. She genuinely made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire stay. She was always very responsive, attentive to details, and quick to help with anything I needed. You can really feel that she cares about her guests, and that made a big difference for me. The house itself is very clean, tidy, and modern, with absolutely no issues during my stay. Everything is well maintained, organized, and comfortable. The room was quiet and relaxing, and one of my favorite parts was the beautiful window view, facing nature, trees, and lush greenery. Waking up to that view was peaceful and refreshing. I also rented a motorbike directly from Theo, and it was in very good condition, smooth to ride, and reliable. It made getting around very easy and convenient. In addition, all members of the homestay were friendly, polite, and helpful. The overall atmosphere is warm, calm, and welcoming, which really made me feel at home. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with amazing hosts and a relaxing natural environment. I would definitely stay here again and truly appreciate the care and hospitality I received.

I stayed in the dorm room at red house for 4 nights and I enjoyed it very much! Every morning the family prepared a very good breakfast with lots of fresh fruits. And there was a nice café at which I could relax during the day. The homestay is in a nice, quieter area. And I could use the bicycle for free to easily get to, and around the town, the fields and the villages. I will come back to red house! And would certainly recommend staying here if you visit Hoi An.

Nous avons passé 4 jours à la Red House et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La famille est particulièrement serviable et agréable, nous avons passé de très bons moments avec eux ! Le café attenant est super pour des prix très raisonnables. Seul petit bémol : notre chambre était très humide et les murs défraîchis. Nous recommandons tout de même cet endroit !

Everybody is so kind, we spent 18 nights and it felt short. Breakfast is super good, we loved every second of it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce homestay à Hoi An ! Tout le personnel a été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité incroyables. Toujours souriants, très arrangeants et à l’écoute, ils ont su répondre à toutes nos demandes sans hésiter. Nous avons pu louer un scooter directement sur place pour un prix plus que raisonnable, et des vélos étaient même mis à disposition gratuitement. L’emplacement est idéal, tout près du centre-ville tout en restant calme. Autre point très appréciable : notre bus est arrivé très tôt le matin, et ils nous ont gentiment permis d’accéder à notre chambre bien avant l’heure du check-in afin qu’on puisse se reposer. Et le dernier jour, même après avoir rendu la chambre, ils nous ont laissé prendre une douche avant de repartir ! Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance. Sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Pool, wenig Badegäste, gutes Frühstück und für wenig Geld wird die eigene Wäsche gewaschen & zusammen gelegt. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Alles sehr familiär.

I had an amazing stay at Red House Homestay. The rooms are clean and well presented, the price is affordable, the service is immaculate, the staff make you feel very welcome and well looked after! They also offer a range of extra services such as laundry, free bicycle rental, motorbike rental etc. On my first day Thao sat me down and showed me a map of all the recommended things to do and places to see, and told me that certain businesses offer discount when your staying with red house such as the tailor and cooking class. The same evening uncle Hùng invited me to eat and drink with his family free of charge. I highly recommend staying here, and will definitely be doing so again myself! Thank you Red House for making my stay in Hoi An so good!

This was BY FAR the best hotel I've ever stayed at! Nowhere in any other hotel in the world have we gotten such great service. We were with a group of 6. The rooms where clean, fresh towels were provided for swimming and showering. The location is also great because it is close to a local food market and some very good restaurants and food stalls. Free bikes are provided so you can easily go to the Old Town. The service however is wat stood out the most, upon arriving we got free orange juice and ice tea. The host happily explained us what we could do during our stay and helped plan some activities, even when during our stay we had requests to change some bookings or had to ask for additional info via WhatsApp she intstantly accomodated! She also has a little café with the absolute best brownies we've ever tried. The breakfast is also the best we've had during our entire stay in Vietnam. Free drinking water is provided as well. I don't want to spoil everything right now but when you come (and you should!) you will experience this great service yourself. When I come back to Vietnam I will definitely visit here again.

La gérante, Thao est très serviable. Toujours prête à aider, sachant qu'elle est souvent notre principale source d'information. Elle tient un café annexer à l'hôtel que je recommande aussi.

Nice, clean, inexpensive family homestay. The rooms were simple but very clean. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the swimming pool and free bike rental. The big plus was the coconut ice cream at their coffee shop

Une ambiance très familiale avec un personnel très bienveillant et attachant qui parle bien anglais. On se sent comme chez soit et on repars la larme à l'œil. Je recommande cet établissement à 200%

J’y suis resté 1 semaine et quelle semaine, toute la propriété est très jolie: l’extérieur avec la piscine est calme et propre les dortoirs sont confortables avec des lits entre le lit simple et double Thao est super gentille grâce a ses conseils j’ai passé un très bon moment à hoi an et j’ai également pu réserver un bus pour partir via elle Avec un aspect à ne pas oublier le prix est excellent pour la prestation ( je parle pour les dortoirs je ne sais pas les autres) hâte de revenir lors d’un futur voyage ;) !!

Wonderful Homestay in Hoi An. The location is a few minutes bike away from the old town centre of Hoi An, and it’s a idillic spot with a nice swimming pool and green outdoor space. The family that run this Homestay are so helpful and go above and beyond for everyone. They also have a lovely coffee shop attached to the Homestay and have free bicycles for guests to use. The dorm I stayed in was really comfortable and spacious, with a fan and AC. The bathroom is clean and I met some really nice people staying here. They had some nice looking private rooms too. The breakfast is excellent value and delicious (I had the banana chocolate pancakes). I’d recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Hoi An.

A fantastic place living with the wonderful family in three generations. We stayed here in several heats for several days and it is the perfect spot in near distance to old town for both families and people who travel alone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Red House Homestay has been our long-term home while in Hoi An, and we absolutely love it! The family that runs it are all incredibly kind and will help with anything you need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect—close enough to downtown for easy access but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spacious with a great-sized balcony, and long-term stays include cleaning once or twice a week, leaving the room smelling amazing with fresh sheets/towels, plus laundry service if needed. It’s also super pet-friendly, with a dedicated outdoor space for dogs to potty just outside of the property, which has been a huge plus for us and our doggies. The big pool is beautiful, especially when it lights up at night. They even help arrange motorbike rentals that get delivered right to the front, and there’s parking if you have your own. The homestay also has a cozy café in front with great coffee, drinks & food at affordable prices. Plus, there are multiple vegan restaurants, a market, and stores within walking distance. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay—highly recommend for everyone especially if traveling with pets!

WE are just back from our 3rd stay here at the Red House Homestay. Such amazing friendly caring sweet hosts. When we arrived Mom was so happy that she cooked us the local noodle dish and her yummy Vietnamese coffee. My husband had a fall earlier in our holiday so one night of our stay we had to go back to the hospital for an overnight stay. The next day Ciu (Daughter) drove to the hospital and brought us food. On our last day we were invited for a family lunch before we were to take an overnight bus. Mom again cooked us fresh Bun Cha spring rolls and deep fried fish. Sooooooo good and Dad was making sure we had ice cold beers to drink. This family goes overboard helping and making sure their guests are well taken care of. We can't wait to stay here again!

A little bit outside the city center but you can walk, take a bicycle or Grab bike to get to there quickly. The host was very friendly and helped me with whatever I asked for, from booking my next sleeper bus to finding a good barbershop or restaurant. They have a dog which is very friendly and I also got an extra banh mi as travel lunch when I left. Would definitely recommend!

This was the best sleep we had during my entire two month trip! The beds were so comfortable! But Tal and her family were even better! They were so generous and really made us feel welcome! The breakfast was delicious. Also her recommendations were amazing every time for the best food, leather makers and seamstresses! Thank you for having us!

Thao et sa famille sont des personnes exceptionnelles et profondément gentilles. Elles vont tout faire pour vous aider et vous faire vous sentir à l'aise. C'est une vraie maison familiale, et pas une usine à touristes comme dans beaucoup d'autres auberges. N'hésitez pas à séjourner là-bas, vous ne serez pas déçu. Je recommande vraiment !! I stayed for 1 week and was an amazing experience! The owners are a friendly family, and his dog!! They were really good hosts and made me feel at home all the time. The location is about 15min to the town centre by bicicle (you can use bikes for free) and 5 min driving motorbike (you can rent them there aswell). I would come back again for sure 👌❤️
