Không gian phòng ốc,cơ sở hạ tầng mới mẻ,sang trọng,tạo không gian thoải mái,ấm cúng. Chiếc view hồ bơi xinh xắn,sạch sẽ,quy định hồ bơi được cô chủ dễ thương hướng dẫn 1 cách chi tiết để giữ vệ sinh chung,đây là điều làm gia đình tôi cảm thấy ấn tượng và được chăm sóc 1 cách tận tình Cảm ơn tất cả dịch vụ và những trải nghiệm thật tuyệt vời ở nơi đây,nếu quay trở lại 1 lần nữa,đây chắc chắn sẽ là nơi gia đình chúng tôi chọn ❤️

Phòng đẹp sạch sẽ .chủ home vui vẻ trò chuyện cảm giác tôi như một thành viên trong gia đình họ , Điều tôi tâm đắc nhất là Hồ bơi trong sạch ...chủ home rất cân nhắc trước khi xuống tắm ( chúng tôi phải xối , tắm vòi sen bên cạnh cho sạch ) điều đó trân trọng tôi quý mến , Hồ bơi tắm chung lần lượt khách sau ' cảm ơn chủ home tôi ở 3 ngày nói đây và có dịp đến hội an gia đinh tôi sẽ quay lại home ...

Trải nghiệm tệ , chủ home nói chuyện cười đùa nhưng những câu nói rất khó chịu . Xem thường khách việt và tâng bốc khách nước ngoài . Khách vào ở mà sợ khách dơ hay sao ý , nếu vậy thì ko nên làm nghề home này :)) . Được cái người nhà của chủ home thân thiện

Special place, very kind people many speak excellent English. They treated us very well, the pool is very nice and it is a very relaxing place. I felt like part of their family if in the future I travel to vietnam again I will definitely pass by them, I recommend everyone to spend at least one night there.

My wife and I stayed here two nights and we had a great time. Phuong and her family so welcoming and kind to us. We immediately felt like we were visiting family when we arrived. The property is well-situated and central to everything. A short 5 min taxi ride to old town or 10 min drive to the beaches. Walking to old town is an easy 15-20 minutes. There are many restaurant and other shops within walking distance. A Winmart is just around the corner (100 meters). The room and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner is cold and the water is hot with great pressure. Breakfast that Phuong cooked each morning were delicious. They’re made with fresh ingredients. She also serves a plate of fresh fruit and fruit juice. When I finished the juice, she brought out some more and topped us off. She’s so attentive and caring. The pool is clean and water temperature was perfect. 1 in the shallow end and 1.6m in the deep end. Pump’s running to ensure pools is clean. The pool area has both sun and shaded areas so you can choose. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will return next time for a longer stay. Highly recommend to stay here if you’re in Hoi An!

2 günlük tatilimizde burada kaldık, geldiğimiz andan çıkışımıza kadar büyük bir sevgi ve ilgi ile karşılandık, çok tatlı bir aile tarafından işletilen bu yerin sahibi olan hanımefendi oteline ve misafirlerine çok güzel bakıyor, içerisi çok temizdi, banyo, sıcak su, klima sorunsuzdu, ayrıca kendi mutfağında yaptığı kahvaltı gayet lezzetliydi. Son olarak havalimanı transferlerimiz için bizlere çok uygun fiyatlı araçlar ile yardımcı oldu. Her şey için teşekkürler 🙏

Amazing hospitality! We had a lovely stay. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, nice pool and clean room. Also helped us get to the airport. Definitely recommended.

Nous avons passé une semaine au Papaya garden et tout était parfait. Le petit déjeuné est différent chaque matin, très complet et délicieux. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et très propre. La famille est extrêmement gentille, très attentionné ! L’emplacement est très bien, à 20 minutes à pied de la vielle ville, ce qui permet d’être au calme. Je recommande grandement !

Nous avons passé 7 jours et ce fut un séjour vraiment au top notamment grâce à la gentillesse et la bienveillance de l'hôte et de sa famille toujours le sourire aux lèvres. Les petits déjeuners sont différents d'un jour à l'autre et la piscine est propre. Les chambres sont nettoyés et les serviettes changés tout les 2 jours. En prime, vous pouvez apprécier la compagnie de petits chiens aussi mignon les uns que les autres. Scooter à louer pour 150K/jour et vélo pour 50K/jour.

We had a lovely stay with Phoung and her sweet family. Everyone was so happy and smiling. A real "home" stay! :) The room was big, bright and very clean as well.

원래후기 잘안남기는데 참고하시라 글한번써요. 저는 벌써 여기 숙소를 두번에걸처 총 10일이상 사용했습니다. 아주 럭셔리한 숙소를 원하신다면 멀리 외곽에 있는 곳을 찾으시고요. 현지식,관광,이동편의성,가성비 이것저것 원하신다면 여기만한곳이 없습니다. 여기 나오는 베트남 가정식 조식이 참 맛있습니다. 올드타운 걸어서 10분(전 오토바이와 술먹는날은 그램 이용) 안방비치 그램 10분거리, 현지인들 아침 식사하는 노점상 걸어서 5분(1000~2000원 가격), 호이안 새벽시장도 가까워요. 더말하고싶지만 길어지니 참고만하세요. 침구류 깨끗합니다. 가성비(그런다고 숙소가 나쁜게 절대아님),맛,현지스러움을 찾으실꺼면 여기만한곳도 없을꺼같아요. 수영장도 있어서 낮에는 수영하시면되요. 오토바이 렌탈,공항가는 차량,다른도시 잠시관광(땀끼 다녀옴) 등등 다한곳에서 요청도가능해서 편해요 100% 내돈내산. 어느한분이 않좋게 쓰신 리뷰가있어서 안타깝고 선택에 도움이 되시라 글남겨요.

(새벽에 좌측.좌측 가면 노상반미와 노상카페 맛집, 거기서 살짝 직진해 우회전 하면 노상천국! 단, 새벽에만 운영합니다.) 오토바이대여 요청하면 숙소로 가져옵니다. 코코넛바구니배, 땀끼여행 대기 차량, 공항택시, 공연티켓등등 진짜 모두가능 합니다. 영어가 안되면 파파고나 페이스북채팅(자동번역)으로 하면 됩니다. 배달k어플 깔아와서 수영하면서 배달해 먹는 맛도 좋습니다.한국음식 부터 없는게 없어요. 가격도 한국돈 3~4만원정도 인데 진짜 가성비 최고의 가격 입니다. 가성비 최고의 홈스테이&사랑이 넘치는 아름답고 예쁜곳 입니다. 진심 추천드려요 👍 저의 4번째 방문의향 100%입니다. 이 가족들은 💕 사랑 입니다.

Amaaazing homestay! 10/10 experience! The family is insanely sweet, kind and helpful! They make you feel at home and go above and beyond for taking care of you! I had food poisoning from a previous location and she brought me a ginger tea, bananas and some chocolate without me having to ask🥹 She talked with us and booked things for us with ease. Great location and clean, nice rooms, tasty breakfast and a beautiful swimming pool. Such a big recommendation!!!

I live in the neighborhood but had to stay here while my place was being renovated and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very nice and the beds are great. It’s also super clean and the location is superb. It’s hard to find an accommodation in town without a few issues but this is one of them. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this homestay! The family are so friendly, and are always willing to help with anything. The breakfast is great every morning and everything is super clean. Would definitely go back!

Superbe séjour chez cette charmante famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et super bien équipées, le petit-déjeuner est très bon et change tous les jours, la piscine est superbe. La maitresse de maison est aux petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse.

Magnifique séjour dans ce lieu. Famille extrêmement accueillante en tous points. Situé dans une rue hyper calme à moins de 15 minutes du centre et des marchés. Piscine au top! Petit déjeuner renouvelé chaque jour sur 6 nuits passées. A recommander sans hésitation!!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Papaya Garden Homestay à Hoi An, Vietnam. La famille est extrêmement gentille et aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Ich möchte mind. 10 Sterne geben :) Nach über 9 Monaten reisen kann ich sagen, dass das die beste und herzlichste Unterkunft ist in der ich jemals war. Wir hatten das Glück zum Tet Fest hier gewesen zu sein. Die gesamte Familie wohnt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses:und somit ist man immer mitten drin im Familiengeschehen. Die gesamte Familie ist soo unglaublich süß und so freundlich und gibt dir richtig das Gefühl ein Teil zu sein. Während dem Tet Fest wurden uns sehr viele Fragen beantwortet und wir wurden in ein paar Traditionen des Festes eingeführt. Der beste Ort um diese Zeit in Hoi An zu verbringen!! Auch wenn das englisch bei allen sehr begrenzt ist, haben wir uns hervorragend über Google Übersetzer unterhalten. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, sauber und hat bequeme Betten. Die Terrasse ist ein bisschen im Grün :). Es gibt kostenfreies Wasser. Außerdem kann man gegen eine geringe Gebühr Fahrräder und Scooter ausleihen.. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, die aber nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt ist. Das Frühstück ist täglich unterschiedlich und sehr reichhaltig. Ich möchte mich bei der gesamten Familie für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir während des Tet Festes bei euch verbringen durften! Das ist die beste Unterkunft in Hoi An, die man finden kann!! Hier erlebt man ein Authentisches Leben und hat gleichzeitig das Glück seine Zeit in Hoi An bei einer so liebevollen Familie zu verbringen. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen!! Tausend Dank für alles :)

Papaya Garden Homestay, il massimo dell’accoglienza che puoi trovare ad Hoi An, le camere sono molto grandi e pulite, la zona é molto tranquilla e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro! La famiglia e’ deliziosa e disponibile. Utile noleggiare la bike in hotel per raggiungere il centro. Colazioni tipiche vietnamite, senza possibilità di scelta dal menu’ ma in base alla disponibilità quotidiana. E senza caffè (ma presenti molti bar nelle vicinanze). Unica difficoltà nella nostra camera era il gallo che cantava la notte della casa accanto (ma non dipende dalla struttura). Deliziosi ci hanno anche regalato della frutta quando siamo partiti come omaggio! Sicuramente da consigliare per stare lontano dal caos del centro.

Merci pour cet accueil des plus chaleureux! Toute la famille a été aux petits soins avec nous, ils sont adorables. Le petit déjeuner change tous les jours et est complet et très bon, les services proposés tels que le vélo ou le scooter sont très pratique. Situé dans un quartier calme, tout mignon à 20 min à pied de la vielle ville et 7 min maximum en vélo. La plage est vraiment pas mal aussi, 5km seulement ! Merci encore à vous on y retournerait les yeux fermés 😊😊😊

First thing I want to mention is the hosting family. They are absolutely lovely and helpful in all aspects. We had tasty breakfasts every day. The room was spacious. Property is in quiet location, 25 min walk from the old city center. I would definitely stay here again and recommend staying here!

Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre 6 étoiles :) La famille qui gère l'hôtel est adorable et aux petits soins. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Il est connu que le centre du Vietnam est touché par l'humidité mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problème dans notre chambre. Il suffit juste d'aérer un petit peu chaque jour. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons même choisi de prolonger notre séjour tant nous nous sentions chez nous. Nous avons partagé des beaux moments avec la famille et avons hâte de revenir !

이숙소가 왜 평점이 좋은지 모르겠에요 아고다로 예약했는데 분명 조식포함으로 예약했는데 조식포함이 아니라고..🤔 예약내역 확인이 어려워 내가 잘못 예약했나 하고 일단 넘어갔어요. 입실할때 창문이 다 열려있던 상태라 몰랐는데 창문닫고 외출후 돌아아오니 방에 곰팡이냄새가 너무 심하게 났어요. 냉장고도 열었더니 곰팡이냄새 너무심해요. 냉장고를 코드를 뽑아두니 곰팡이냄새가 안날수가 없지요. 방에 곰팡이 냄새때문에 도저히 잠을잘수가 없는 상태라 방교체를 요청했는데 빈방이 없어서 안된다하네요. 그래서 그냥 하루도 못자고 퇴실했어요. 3일 예약했는데 당일 제외하고 남은2일이라도 환불받고 싶었지만 안된다고 해서 그냥 퇴실했어요. 홈스테이 처음 예약인데.. 이숙소 평가가 너무좋길래 예약해봤는데 최악이었어요. 도데체 왜 평가가 좋은건지 이해를 못하겠어요.홈스테이에대한 인식이 안좋아져서 다시는 홈스테이 이용하지 않을거에요.

I stayed at Papaya Garden Homestay for 3 nights. The family were so lovely and welcoming. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the bed was seriously comfy. The curtains are block out, where I slept so well, I forgot where I was. The family has bicycles that can be rented for 30,000 and a seriously good breakfast that's freshly made, served with fruit and freshly squeezed juice for 50,000. Thank you for such a wonderful stay ♥️

We stayed at Papaya Garden Homestay with our kids for a week and loved it. Rather comfortable, spotless, fresh towels regularly — but the real highlight was breakfast: different every day, Vietnamese-style, always with fresh fruit juice. Simply fantastic. The hosts were incredibly helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. They also organised airport pickup for us. The street is quiet (no nighttime motorbike symphony), though a slightly confused neighbor rooster kept crowing at night — clearly suffering from jet lag 😄.

Couldn’t think of a better homestay to stay at in Hoi An! The family is so friendly & sweet, especially the lady which is also the mother of the sweetest little girl! The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable & it’s very quiet - so perfect for a good nights rest! Breakfast changes every morning, together with the fruit & smoothie! We’ll miss it!! *Just a note, that from the 25 water bottles we had, 5 were free & for the others we had to pay 7.000 dong each. Not a problem for us, but would’ve been nice to know it before!

Very welcoming homestay, we had a very good stay. The house was modern and clean. The pool looked splendid, although we didn't use it because we only had 1 day in Hoi An. Breakfast was cooked fresh. The host didn't speak English perfectly, but you are able to make it work because he goes out of his way to cater for you. We also rented bikes during the stay, which was a good way to reach the Old Town quickly.

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant 2 jours et 2 nuits. C’est sans doute la meilleure expérience de tout mon voyage en Asie. Ce sont des chambres chez l’habitant. Nous avons passer de bon moment avec la famille et les enfants. Les hôtes prennent soin de nous en nous offrant des fruits. Une charmante maison avec piscine et une ambiance familiale. Si vous venez à Hoi an venez séjourner ici. Ce sont des souvenirs qui resterons à jamais graver dans ma mémoire.

The best stay ever and for many reasons! The host and family are incredibly nice and we felt so welcomed there. The house is very modern with big rooms, comfy beds, and nice warm showers. The location is great on a quiet alleyway street close to the river and easy walking to old town. Breakfast was different everyday and delicious served hot and also with fresh juice and fruits. The pool is also very good. She also helped us get a ride back to Da Nang so everything was convenient and effortless. We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend for anyone. We had such an amazing stay at papaya garden. There is a sweet family who takes care of you very good. The location is perfect, the swimming pool is beautifull and very cooling on hot days and the rooms are clean and have enough space! In our opinion the place where you stay can make or break your experience and this place made our experience in Hoi An even better!

L’hôtel Papaya Garden Homestay est très bien placé, non loin de la vieille ville et dans une ruelle très calme. L’hôtel dispose d’une magnifique piscine, de très belles chambres très propre et il est aussi possible de laver son linge. L’hôte et sa famille sont d’une gentillesse extrême, toujours au petit soin. Les déjeuners sont variés et très très bons. Je pense que vous l’avez compris je vous le conseille très très fortement. 😁

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à papaya. C’est un super endroit à Hoi an pour y séjourner. Si je reviens à Hoi an. La famille est plus que adorable et aux petits soins. Et les petits déjeuners sont très varié, et fait avec des fruits du jardins. Nous recommandons vivement.

The room is nice and clean, the new pool is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing with fresh fruit from the garden! The owners are very helpful and kind, we are definitely going to miss them!! ❤️

Nous avons passer 3 nuits dans cet hôtel en septembre 2024. Je recommande fortement. L’hôtel et la chambre sont très propre, la famille qui gère ce lieux est adorable et aux petits soins. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine toute neuve. L’hôtel propose des services de lingerie même si ce n’est pas indiqué (il faut demandé à la dame) La dame parle assez bien l’anglais ce qui permet de se comprendre sans problème. Seul petit défaut, nous ne savions pas que les petites bouteilles d’eau étaient payantes, nous aurions aimé que cela soit indiqué quelque part. L’hôtel n’est pas loin du centre et se situe dans un endroit tranquille. L’hôtel est très calme également. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

We had the best stay at Papaya, it’s a beautiful home stay and a very special opportunity to experience living with a local family, they were extremely friendly and attentive and the breakfasts were amazing!
