Ontzettend leuke vriendelijke mensen. We voelden ons zeer welkom. Het zit ook lekker dichtbij het oude centrum. Top!

Séjour parfait ! Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli et a su nous aider tout au long du séjour à Hoi an ! Je recommande les yeux fermes !

Total toller Aufenthalt! Ich kann vor allem gar nicht betonen wie praktisch die kostenlosen Fahrräder waren. Wir durften die einfach immer nehmen und man war so schnell überall. Nicht dass man weit hat, das Homestay liegt super zentral und ist doch leise nachts.

Homestay rất đẹp và sạch sẽ, phòng thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Không gian yên tĩnh, decor xinh xắn, phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi và chụp ảnh. Anh chủ homestay thân thiện, nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ rất nhanh. Vị trí gần phố cổ thuận tiện, dễ dàng di chuyển đến các địa điểm xung quanh. Mình đã có một trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp. ❤️

We stayed here for two nights. First, we were given one room and were told that it would be changed the following day. The next morning, we were forced to wake up at 7 a.m. to the sound of construction work, which is absolutely wonderful, especially when you're traveling as a tourist. The towels were absolutely disgusting. I honestly don't know what previous guests did with them or why they weren't properly washed afterwards, but they looked horrible and were impossible to use. The room was also generally quite dirty. I’ve attached photos. We paid 800,000 VND for two nights. In my opinion, these rooms are nowhere near worth that price. Honestly, I wouldn't stay here even for 250,000 VND, but unfortunately it was already late and after a long journey we didn't want to go through the hassle of changing hotels. Initially, we were shown one room and told that we would be moved there later, but when we actually checked in, we were given a different room. Overall, a very poor experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The location itself isn't bad if you're planning to explore the area on foot. However, if you have a motorbike, getting in and out is extremely inconvenient because of the constant crowds and traffic congestion. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. В итоге утром пришлось проснуться в 7 часов под звуки стройки, что особенно «приятно», когда ты путешествуешь как турист. Полотенца были ужасающе грязными. Я не знаю, что с ними делают предыдущие постояльцы и по какой причине их после этого нормально не стирают, но выглядели они отвратительно — пользоваться ими было невозможно. В целом в комнате тоже довольно грязно. Прилагаю фотографии. За две ночи мы заплатили 800 000 донгов. На мой взгляд, эти комнаты совершенно не стоят таких денег. Честно говоря, я бы здесь не остановился даже за 250 000 донгов, но, к сожалению, было уже поздно, а после долгой поездки не хотелось заниматься сменой отеля. Изначально нам показали одну комнату и пообещали позже переселить именно туда, но в итоге при заселении нам дали совершенно другую. В общем, впечатления крайне плохие. Настоятельно не рекомендую останавливаться здесь. Сама локация неплохая, если вы планируете гулять пешком. Но если у вас байк, сюда крайне неудобно заезжать и выезжать из-за постоянных толп и пробок. Не тратьте свои деньги и время — выберите другое место.

Gần chợ đêm và thả đèn hoa đăng, đi bộ không 100 mét là tới

Thật sự rất tệ. Lễ tân không ổn tí nào, không tôn trọng khách. Nhà vệ sinh không sạch. Dưới tầng 1 lễ tân nóng và luôn thiếu sáng, kèm rất bẩn. Book 3 ngày 2 đêm nhưng không có dịch vụ dọn phòng. Làm việc tệ.

Phòng ngay trung tâm thuận tiện đi lại, phòng sạch sẽ, chủ nhiệt tình, thân thiện 10đ , giá lại hợp lý

Building is located very close to the historic part of the town and An Hoi Bridge. 3 floors, no elevator. AC and fridge work very well, there are 2 complimentary bottles of water and a toothbrush kit when you arrive.The only flaw in the room is not very clean bed linen.Also back to back there is a building under construction and the work starts at 7 am. The window on the 3rd floor can be easily reached from outside.The host was very attentive and always available via WhatsApp. It was possible to check-in one hour earlier and store the luggage at reception before check-in and after checkout. He also helped to organize transfer to Da Nang railway station and the price was much cheaper than Grab (250k dongs vs 380).

Très bon séjour ! Bon rapport qualité prix. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons ! Le service est très bien, des vélos sont à disposition gratuitement, il y une laverie automatique à côté. La rue est calme et tout est accessible à pied (night market, old town...).

El homestay es sencillo pero está muy bien ubicado (la ancient town a una calle, el restaurante Madam Lau al lado, que es genial, alquiler de motos...) el dueño Tony es súper amable y ayuda mucho a los huéspedes, tiene flexibilidad con los horarios y se agradece.

Friendly, welcoming, and very helpful owner. Just a short walk from the night market and the Ancient Town, which is the heart of Hoi An. Highly recommended!!

A decent place to stay for a few nights in a great location in Hoi An. Basic home stay, easy walking distance to everything, few blocks from night market and river and very quiet. Booked based on reviews on a number of sites. However photos on websites did not accurately depict our room. A single bed had been moved into room (not at our request) and as a result limited seating (unless on bed) and floor space. A bit of damp smell in our room (no exhaust fan in bathroom) but not really an issue. Room could have used an update: some fresh paint and some updated furniture (trim on some pieces has been taped on). But all in all, a decent stay if a bit over priced for what you think you’re getting. What does concern me though is, after posting review on website I used to book accommodation, owner has reached out several times (under different WhatsApp numbers) asking me to remove 7/10 review as it would impact “contest”, branded trophy and priority listing. I posted a fair review there (and here) so needless to say that is not happening.

I stayed at Gold Stone for 8 days and really enjoyed the stay. I booked a room with breakfast included.. you get to choose beetween eggs, bahn mi or pho.. personally I reccomend the eggs! *Thanks to Lin for the cooking :) Also you get always complementary fruit, which is something I love around here. I got a really nice room on top of the building, not facing the street. Place was clean and got everything I needed. Also the area is not on the busy side of Hoi An, so you can definetly get some quiet time here. They offer different services as well, such as taxis, bikes and motorbikes for fair prices. Personally I loved everything. Receptionist Tony was very welcoming and attentive. Always greeting guests with a smile. Thanks for having me!

Stayed with Toni for 4 nights in Hoi An, and value for money this is absolutely perfect. Toni the host and everyone around the home stay is so friendly and accommodating. He answered every question we had and helped us with all the tours we did. The location is perfect, it’s right near the busy old town but in a quiet area. The restaurant across the road does great food and there is also a very nice bar. If we’re ever staying in Hoi An again, we will be back!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in Hoi An gelegen und wird local betrieben. Tony ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Preis-Leistung das beste was wir in Vietnam bekommen haben. Können es jedem nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a lovely stay at Gold Stone Homestay during a five-night stay in Hoi An. The location of the homestay is perfect to explore the city, conveniently located no more than a 10-minute walk from the Ancient Town and everything it has to offer. They also have bicycles available to explore further afield, which we would recommend as there is some stunning countryside. We arrived early morning on a sleeper bus, and were able to drop our bags early and head out to explore first thing. We were able to check in a little early which was much appreciated and the service throughout our stay was warm and welcoming. The room was safe, clean and comfortable although space was a little limited. The bathroom, which was also fairly small, acted as a wet room for the shower and didn't have much ventilation, so that meant at times the room felt quite damp. There was a window in the room that helped, but it doesn't have any netting so didn't want to keep that open all the time. Breakfast was served each morning from 8am, which felt quite late as most of our tours started before this time. When we did want breakfast earlier, staff were very accommodating and tended to go out and grab us a Bahn Mi from a local stall which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast that was served was tea/coffee, fried eggs and bread, and some form of fruit. We were just served this so don't believe that there were any other options, although it probably could be asked for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and suggest it as a nice place to explore the city from.

No thrill homestay but well located in Hoi An. Tailor shops, banks restaurants are in a short walking distance. Room is clean and suitable for a short stay. The owner, Mr. Thang (Toni), is very helpful and and fun to talk to. A+

Loved my week here. Excellent location, 5 min walk from night market and the bridge to the old town. Friendly and helpful host Toni, really nice guy. Clean room with balcony, quiet enough in the evening to sleep as a few blocks away from bars and night market. Feels a little more real than the old town and no hassle from souvenir sellers in this street. A few really good restaurants literally on your doorstep. If you get a balcony room there is a caged bird opposite that sings in the mornings. What more could you need.

I would recommend this homestay to anyone! The location is perfect, with 3 min walk you are in the city. They helped me with transportation from the airport, and booking tours. The room looks neat, and the shower is warm:) I thought it was a great homestay!

Premium location - super close to the night market, river but quiet at the same time. Banh mi for a breakfast was a perfect start of the day! The hosts are really nice and helpful - you can rent a scooter, ask them to do the laundry or order a service for the shuttle. I strongly recommend!

Pensjonat wymaga odświeżenia ścian oraz lepszej konserwacji. Unoszący się przykry zapach wilgoci. Właściciel to bardzo miły i uczynny człowiek ale niestety podczas rezerwacji zależy mi bardziej na standardzie pokoju a nie towarzystwie. Pościel czysta, blisko centrum. Za te pieniądze spodziewałem się czegoś dużo lepszego (nie wiem skąd są te opinie).

Good location, close to the old town but still quiet. Good, clean, sizable room. Tony, the host, is just amazing. We communicated via WhatsApp prior to my arrival. I arrived super early, he made sure to have my room ready for me when I got there. He offers free bikes to go around town which is quite handy! I even forgot something at the hotel and he arranged to send it back to me at my next destination. Highly recommend this homestay

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space nice and cool. Water pressure was great and hot water was plentiful. What really stood out was the hospitality. Tony, the owner, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed, even helping to arrange taxis and connecting with local tour operators. We even ended up eating snake and shrimp and had a few beers (see attached photo) As a bonus, they also offered complimentary bicycles, which made exploring Hoi An a breeze. Oh and the WiFi is free and works well. A superb value for money.

Phòng ở homestay rất sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và được chăm chút kỹ lưỡng. Không gian thoáng mát, đầy đủ tiện nghi như máy lạnh, tủ lạnh nhỏ, bàn ghế và wifi ổn định. Giường ngủ êm ái, ga gối thơm tho, tạo cảm giác dễ chịu khi nghỉ ngơi. Nhà vệ sinh trong phòng sạch sẽ, nước mạnh, có sẵn đồ dùng cơ bản. Phòng được thiết kế ấm cúng, gần gũi như ở nhà nhưng vẫn giữ được sự riêng tư. Đây thực sự là lựa chọn lý tưởng cho những ai muốn có không gian nghỉ dưỡng thoải mái và tiện lợi.

Mình tổ chức sn ở đây, phòng siêu xịn, sạch sẽ Chủ home siêu nhiệt tình, có tâm High recommend cho các bác muốn ở trong phố, vì đi bộ 2p là tới phố đi bộ rồi chợ đêm ạ Siêu ưng ạ ❤️

Tôi thuê phòng walk-in, gọi để đặt phòng với khách sạn. Ban đầu báo giá tôi 250.000đ cho 2,5 tiếng. Sau đó tôi gọi xác nhận ở 1 giường đôi và 1 giường đơn, đến nơi họ đưa tôi chìa khoá phòng và chỉ tôi phòng của mình, đến giờ chúng tôi trả phòng và họ thu của tôi 400.000đ và không báo trước giá. Gọi hỏi thì báo giá phòng 1 ngày là 700.000d nên phải thu tôi 400.00đ. Trong khi 1 ngày 24h với giá 700.000đ, tôi ở 3 tiếng và thu tôi với giá 400.000đ. Các bạn ở lưu ý hỏi giá rõ ràng trước khi thuê không lại bị lừa như mình nhé!!

The best homestay we had in Vietnam! The room was clean and tidy, the owner was helpful with everything, and on top of that, you can rent bicycles here for free. Highly recommended!

Homestay one minute walk from it all, yet quiet little street. Very comfortable rooms and host is amazing and nothing is a problem.

המלון עצמו לא פלצני באמת רק חדר קטן עם מיטה מים ומקלחת חמה. אבל הבעלים של המקןם עוזר בהכל ונגיש ופשוט בן אדם חם אם משהו לא רוצה להתכלב בהוסטל ולהיות במלון במחיר סבבה זה המקום.

Tôi không nghĩ đây là homestay mà nó phải là khách sạn 3 sao . Vị trí rất gần phố cổ đi 50m là tới chợ đêm. A chủ thân thiện nhiệt tình giúp đỡ mọi thứ . Lần sau có dịp sẽ ghé lại home này .

Homestay gần ngay trung tâm chợ, rất thuận tiện cho những ai có kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngày ko phải đi xa khi hội chợ bắt đầu,đi bộ 5 phút là ra cầu và chợ rồi, em chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo, mình và gia đình rất thoải mái khi ở đây 2 đêm. Giá cả rất hợp lý. Rất OK

Great place to stay if you’re looking to be right in the middle of Hoi An but still be in a quiet street. The room was spotless and the host kindly upgraded us when we arrived. We were very comfortable and the host went out of his way to provide us with anything we needed like extra water, a clothing iron, and even bicycles! We had an incredible stay overall and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Hoi an :) well definitely be back!

I had a perfect experience coming to this place, it gives a friendly feeling, the people here are very kind, they help me with everything, nice room, reasonable price, right in the center, very convenient to travel. I would recommend this place.

I asked for a super early check in a bit last minute and the owner kindly accepted. He answers super fast on WhatsApp. The check out is at 12, which is convenient. The room has all you need. And the hotel is super well located. I can only recommend.

הגענו לאחר סליפר לילה מנה טראנג שהגיע ב5:30 בבוקר להומסטיי. פתוח לנו את השער ונתנו לנו לנוח בלובי ולהשאיר את התיקים. אם זאת כשנכנסו בצ׳ק אין וראינו שיש כתמים על הסדין ביקשנו שיחליפו לנו והבעלים קצת התעצבן אך החליפו לנו. נתנו דירוג נמוך כי אנחנו חושבים שהתמורה אינה תואמת את המחיר , רמת הניקיון חייבת להשתפר וכי קצת נפגענו.

We had a nice stay at Gold Stone Homestay! We booked for 3 nights at their balcony room, which was adequately spacious and clean. Internet was fast. The family who run the place was very friendly and helpful, they even took care of booking our rides from the airport and our trip back to Da Nang. They also provide quick laundry services (3-4 hours or overnight) which is very good for those who travel light. Best thing is that it is only a short walk from the Old Town. Just a turn in the corner and you've already reached the bridge from where you could see the Japanese Bridge. Modest but good value!
