Gia Viên Homestay

Gia Vien is a very well-kept homestay, decorated with a lot of taste. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with good restaurants closeby. The family room we stayed in for 3 nights was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds. Breakfasts were copious and delicious, particularly the Quang noodles, the omelette, and the fresh fruit and juices. Linh went above and beyond to make our stay in Hoi An smooth and memorable, arranging tickets and taxis, helping us organize an overnight stay on Cham Island and an excursion to Bana Hills, and the nicest gesture of all, getting my son a birthday cake on the morning of his 10th birthday and throwing him a surprise celebration. I can't thank her enough! We couldn't have dreamt of a better place to stay in!

I put 5 stars to the cleanness of this place. The house was clean and the room too ,( just few hair found,but they changed the sheet of the pillow. Location is just next to the road,but with a nice sitting area . Just uncomfortable thing was when the owner switched on his telefon very loud . Because the soundproof isolation is very low .

Lovely homestay with everything you need. Very friendly host. Our second time staying at Gia Vien. Host arranged a bicycle for us. A 1km ride into the Old Town. We will be back.

Mi reseña en Booking es real. Si estás por Hoi An, reserva acomodación en este lugar tan bonito. Linh y su marido son muy amables y te recibirán con los brazos abiertos. Sobre tu habitación no te preocupes, será limpia, ordenada y espaciosa, y contará con nevera, aire acondicionado, TV, secador de pelo. Muy recomendable también su actividad de cocina (se hace a pocos minutos en motorbike). Muy recomendado este lugar. Gracias por todo!!

Super nice house with a wonderful hosting family!

Một địa điểm dừng chân lý tưởng để đón khách cho các đơn vị lữ hành, phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, tiếp đón bạn bè để dẫn tour hội an hay nghỉ ngơi, đi biển khá oke. Cô chủ nhiệt tình, đám bạn của mình đánh giá khá tốt. Sẽ thuê lại nếu có bạn đến chơi vào dịp sau.

Ils prennent vraiment soin de leurs clients, chambres très confortables, propreté exceptionnelle. Déjeuner délicieux et copieux.

Chambres spacieuses, petit déjeuner extra bon, hôtes plus que chaleureux ! Linh s'est comporté comme une maman avec moi lorsque j'étais malade, sa gentillesse était exceptionnelle, location de vélo et scooter disponible, l'hôte peut également vous aider à réserver des billets de bus pour votre prochaine destination si nécessaire. Si vous êtes de passage à Hoi An, choisissez cet endroit sans crainte :) Merci pour ce séjour !

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans ce charmant homestay. C'est une maison immense, avec de l'espace, où l'on se sent plus que bien. Tout est incroyablement propre, les propriétaires sont des personnes des plus gentilles que j'ai pu rencontrer. Ils nous ont parfaitement et gentiment accueillis au milieu de la nuit lorsque notre bus avait beaucoup d'avance. L'un d'entre nous est tombé malade et Linh a prit soin de nous comme de ses propres enfants. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment délicieux. Ils organisent pour vous des tours, mais vous aident aussi à réserver des bus, louer des vélos ou encore des scooters. Le homestay est à 10-15 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville. Ils disposent également d'une boutique de vêtements sur-mesure où j'ai réalisé une robe, qui correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes ! Je ne saurais que recommander ce homestay et toutes ces personnes bienveillantes. Merci pour ce superbe séjour 🤍

Absolutely lovely here! One of the cleanest room we had so far, decent waterpressure and enough hot water! Very comfortable bed and the house in general looks very tidy and nice! By foot it takes you 15 minutes to get to the old town, also there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. We would stay here again if we come back!

Wir wurden so herzlich von Lin begrüßt, das Zimmer ist bestens ausgestattet (sogar mit eigenem Föhn in Zimmer, das hatten wir noch nie!), der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist herrlich und es gibt ausreichend heißes Wasser! Es ist außerdem sehr sauber überall. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen :)

I stayed at this hotel for several nights. The place is spotless. Linh and her husband are so helpful and kind. It's a short walk from the centre and very near lots of restaurants and bars. Very safe location.
